BedazzledJockey Kuldeep Singh (BEDAZZLED) was fined Rs. 1000/ for shifting out in the final 100 mtrs under use of the whip in the process forcing out TOP IN TURF (Akshay Kumar).
Top In TurfTOP IN TURF (Akshay Kumar) was observed to have lost its right fore shoe during the running of the race and was also trotting lame on left fore due to knee joint sprain. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.
Sacred LampExplanation of Jockey Aneel (SACRED LAMP) that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Tough And GoJockey G. Naresh (TOUGH AND GO) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process forcing in the runners drawn on his inside.
CerberusCERBERUS (Kiran Naidu) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer D. Netto was advised for a better performance in future.

N R I RubyExplanation of App. Rohit Kumar (URVASI) that his mount shied and ducked out in the finals stages of the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Satyanarayana was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Gusty NoteExplanation of jockey Kiran Naidu (GUSTY NOTE) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his mount held the bit on left and drifted out under pressure in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed though GUSTY NOTE was trotting sound after the race, but has sharp molars on both sides. The Trainer was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
SputnicJockey Akshay Kumar (SPUTNIC) was cautioned for dropping his hands much before passing the winning post though a beaten horse.
Bob CampbellJockey Koushik (BOB CAMPBELL) was cautioned for failing to position his mount to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and also for travelling wide in the straight for no apparent reason.

Ace MisileJockey Nakhat Singh (ACE MISILE) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process taking the ground of LET IT BE ME (Kunal Bunde).
ExcelsiorExplanation of App. Afroz Khan (EXCELSIOR) that his mount brushed the gates as start was effected in the process his right stirrup iron broke, as such he removed his left leg from stirrup iron and thereafter he could not offer any assistance to his mount and finished the course as such. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.
Theo's ChoiceLET IT BE ME (KunaL Bunde) and ACE MISILE (Nakhat Singh) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Respective Trainers L.D` Silva and N. Ravinder Singh were advised for a better performance in future.
