Yuvan	Trainer Mr. Vijay Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for accepting with his charge b rig YUVAN while under medication. Subsequently the rig was permitted to be withdrawn.
Abenaki	Jockey Shezad Khan, the rider of ABENAKI, reported loss of whip passing the 200 metres. Tr. C Alford when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of his charge ABENAKI (Shezad Khan), the winner of this race, as compared to its previous outing in Race No. 109 run on 28th January, 2020 stated that :
Asmita	Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ASMITA, reported that his mount was inclined to hang ?out? during the final 400 metres of the race.

Santana	ch c SANTANA, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on 24th February, 2020 and found to be suffering from pyrexia. Under the circumstances the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Bharath Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Moresco	MORESCO (Hindu Singh) was fractious in its stall.
Princess Knight	PRINCESS KNIGHT (App Rupal Singh) was observed to hang ?out? throughout the race and finished off the race detached from the field.

Pelion

An objection was lodged by Trainer Mr. Farley Rodrigues, deputizing for Tr. Mr. J E Mckeown, the trainer of b g MANZONI (Hindu Singh) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of PELION, placed 1st on the grounds of ?forcing my charge ?in? at about the 300 metres and did not allow it a clear run which cost him a certain race?. The Stewards after interviewing Tr. Farley Rodrigues, Jockeys Hindu Singh and Imran Chisty, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards decided to overrule the objection. The ?All Clear? signal was ordered to be hoisted. The Stewards further decided to fine Tr. Farley Rodrigues a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for lodging a frivolous objection.
