1 (1) THE SOMANATHPUR PLATE

GiraldaPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to withdraw GIRALDA (Irvan Singh) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore and bruises on left fore knee and above left eye. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Al DoradoAL DORADO (Saddam Hussain) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby inconveniencing ULTIMATE GLORY (P Surya), on its inside which, went onto TOUCH OF ROMANCE (M L Bhosle), on its inside, at the Start. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of AL DORADO was fined Rs.3,000/ for excessive use of whip on his mount, in the above race [1st Infringement].
OceanaJockey M. Rajesh Kumar, the rider of OCEANA was reprimanded for shifting `out` and inconveniencing SAZAE SAN (R RAYAN AHMED), on his outside, rounding the final bend.
Cool DudeJockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of COOL DUDE was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. It was reported after the race that the COOL DUDE(Ryan Marshall) apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.
Golden StepsJockey Afsar Khan, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
SancyJockey Syed Waseemuddin, the rider of SANCY was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Gusty RulerIt was observed in the race that the horse MR BIG SHOT (S R Santosh Kumar) was hanging `out` rounding the final bend and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported; However Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measure before accepting with it again. MR BIG SHOT (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained injury on left nostril.

2 (5) THE SRIKANTADATTA NARASIMHARAAJAWADIYAR MEMORIAL MILLION 2017
TERMS - 3 years old only		 1400M

Land Of LibertyPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda to withdraw his charge LAND OF LIBERTY (P Kirna Rai) on veterinary grounds as it bolted and sustained injury at right fore bulb. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
PinyadaIt was observed in the race that PINYADA (P Trevor) was running green in the last 300 Metres of the race.

3 (6) THE K.T.SHAMAIAH GOWDA MEMORIAL TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1600M
4.55 P.M.
Regal MusicPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj to withdraw REGAL MUSIC on veterinary grounds as it was found to have injuries at poll, withers and both hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
BenedettaJockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of BENEDETTA, was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing SECRET DIMENSION (P Kiran Rai), on his inside, at the start.
ReannaTrainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and Jockey S Antony Raj were questioned regarding the running and riding of REANNA, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse had no form to go by; b) It has a very short dash and as such, he had instructed the rider to take a good jump, sit off the pace, preferably on the inside, come the shortest way home and then ride it out, in the straight; c) He was satisfied with with the riding of the Jockey who had ridden according to instructions and that similar riding instructions would be imparted in future also. Jockey S Antony Raj, while corroborating the explanations of his Trainer, informed that he had ridden according to the instructions. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
Golden DiamondJockey R Anand, the rider of GOLDEN DIAMOND, was reprimanded for shifting `out` and inconveniencing SECRET DIMENSION (P Kiran Rai), on his outside, rounding the final bend. GOLDEN DIAMOND (R Anand) sustained bruises on both chest wall behind girth.
CampeonJockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CAMPEON, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, approaching 250 Metres.
