Born To Do It	The Stewards of Hyderabad Race Club suspended App. Md. Ismail (BORN TO DO IT) from riding in races w.e.f. 4th January to 10th January 2017 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shifted in at about the 850 mtrs when not sufficiently clear of runners racing on his inside resulting in severe interference to CHESTER (App. Gopal Singh), DRAGONSTONE (Kiran Naidu) and CHINESE THOUGHT (App. A.A. Vikrant).
Bharat King	BHARAT KING (App. Mukesh Kumar) was tightened for room at about the 800 mtrs.
Royal Dynamite	Explanation of App. Ajit Singh (ROYAL DYNAMITE) in the presence of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh that his instructions were to sit close 3rd/4th and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until about 850 mtrs and thereafter he had to check his mount due to wall of horses racing in front and in the straight his mount did not raise a winning gallop inpsite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer N. Ravinder Singh and noted for future reference.

Star Gazer	STAR GAZER (App. N.S. Rathore) was denied a clear run at about the 300 mtrs due to crowding of the field.
Gladstone	GLADSTONE (N. Rawal) and RUSTOM (App. G. Naresh) trailed the field throughout the race. Respective Trainers K.S.V. Prasad Raju and Sk. Kassam deputizing for Trainer K.V. Srinivas were advised for a better performance in future.
Rustom	Permission has been granted to Trainer Sk. Kassam to saddle RUSTOM (App. G. Naresh) on behalf of Trainer K.V. Srinivas at both Trainers’ risk and liability.

Yet Another

YET ANOTHER (Arshad Alam) clipped the heels of MILITARY CROSS (App. B. R. Kumar) at about 1000 mtrs and stumbled in the process dislodged the rider. Since the incident was purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Jockey Arshad Alam who was given immediate treatment was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that YET ANOTHER lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race.

Magnum (O)

App. G. Naresh (MAGNUM) was fined for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing interference to GREEN STRIKER (App. Mukesh Kumar).

Avantika

Explanation of Jockey Beuzelin Louis (AVANTIKA) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his instructions were to position his mount close 3rd/4th and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto while confirming the above added that the filly is not a genuine runner and opined that she had run to her potential. The Jockeys and Trainers explanation were noted for future reference.

Trustful	App. N.S. Rathore (TRUSTFUL) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 600 mtrs in the process tightening GLOBETROTTER (Kuldeep Singh) on the rails.
Aware	App. G. Naresh (AWARE) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Sk. Kassam was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Ondha Ondha Ondha	ONDHA ONDHA ONDHA (App. Koushik) dropped back from about the 800 mtrs finishing the course distance behind inspite of App`s efforts. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.

Found Money	FOUND MONEY (App. Akshay Kumar) was denied a clear run in the final stages of the race due to wall of horses racing in front.
Tintinnabulation	TINTINNBULATION (App. Praveen Gaddam) and WOMAN O WAR (Kuldeep Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths each.
Woman O War	Consequent to Jockey Arshad Alam having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on WOMAN O WAR. Jockey Kuldeep Singh (WOMAN O WAR) reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Sk. Waseem Ahmed was advised for a better performance in future.

Brilliant	Explanation of App. Deepak Singh (BRILLIANT) in the presence of Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas that his mount was hesitating to gallop when the horses came next to him inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Dahlois	Explanation of App. Abhishek S. Pawar (DAHLOIS) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an acceleration in the straight, the filly did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy while confirming the above, added that he had no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges poor performance. Both the App’s and Trainers explanation were noted for future reference.
Kalinda	An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of KALINDA, Trained by Mr. D. Netto and ridden by Jockey Beuzelin Louis.

Amaravathi	Permission has been granted to Trainer Sk. Kassam to saddle AMARAVATHI (App. G. Naresh) on behalf of Trainer K.V. Srinivas at both Trainers’ risk and liability.
Noble Heights	Consequent to Jockey Arshad Alam having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kuldeep Singh to be substituted on NOBLE HEIGHTS.
District Attorney	Explanation of App. Ajit Singh (DISTRICT ATTORNEY) in the presence of Trainer Zoheb Shaikh that his mount stumbled on more than one occasion in the race, as such he has not ridden out his mount to complete advantage in the straight was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage for greater part of the race.
