MasqueradeIt was observed that MASQUERADE (David Probert) pulled up lame and dislodging its rider passing the 900 Metres. On immediate examination the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sustained compound fracture on left fore cannon. Hence, it was euthanized.
Own ScriptTrainer Mr.Warren Singh was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for not declaring his charge OWN SCRIPT to start after having accepted with it to run in the above race.
SedulousJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SEDULOUS was questioned as regards positioning of his mount far behind the field during the race. The Jockey stated that he was specifically instructed to sit 6 to 8 lengths behind the field and gradually improve in the last 1000 Metres. His explanation was noted for future reference.

AayanIt was observed that AAYAN (S. Guruprasad) accidentally stumbled and dislodging its rider passing the 300 Metres. On immediate examination the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sustained fracture on left fore radius and ulna. Hence, it was euthanized.
TzarJockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of TZAR was fined Rs. 2,000/ for cutting across the field, whereby BLACK LIGHTNING (Nazerul Alam) travelling directly behind had to check his mount passing the 1000 Metres.
Perfect LegacyJockey Ramesh Kumar N, the rider of PERFECT LEGACY was fined Rs. 1,000/ for coming in and causing interference to TARINI (V.R.Jagadeesh) passing the 100 Metres.
TariniTARINI (V.R.Jagadeesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TOPAZ (Darshan R.N) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Goodwill WarriorJockey Nazerul Alam replaced the indisposed Jockey Sunil Samson on GOODWILL WARRIOR.
FotogenicJockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of FOTOGENIC was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
