1 (36) THE NADIR PLATE

Invincible WishINVINCIBLE WISH (Amyn Merchant) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Order; Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Star LagoonTrainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was questioned as to the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant improved performance of his charge STAR LAGOON (Saddam Hussain), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 23 of the Mysore Summer Races 2019, i.e., The Heggadadevanakote Plate – (About) 1600 Metres for horses rated 00 to 25, run on 4th Day, Wednesday, 12th June, 2019, when ridden by Jockey P Surya, it ran unplaced. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/, for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge, STAR LAGOON (Saddam Hussain), in the above Race. He was also cautioned to be more judicious while declaring Jockeys to ride his charges in future. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Saddam Hussain, on his mount STAR LAGOON (Trained by Mr. Prashanth Pawar), in the above Race.
Velvet RoseJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of VELVET ROSE, placed Fourth by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of STAR LAGOON, placed First by the Judge, for `in the last 150 Metres and 100 Metres, the winner came `in` sharply, checked me, whereby, I had to stop riding and also, bumped me, which cost me a certain second place`; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
Vroom VroomVROOM VROOM (S R Santosh Kumar) could not get a clear run between 1100 Metres and the 1000 Metres due to crowding of the field. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of VROOM VROOM, reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
EngelbergJockey S Manohar, the rider of ENGLEBERG, was reprimanded for coming `in` and inconveniencing VROOM VROOM (S R Santosh Kumar) on his inside, passing the 1100 Metres.
Felix LegionJockey Shaliyar Khan, the rider of FELIX LEGION, was reprimanded for riding an Indifferent Race.
Oro PlataORO PLATA (P P Dhebe) sustained clipped injury on left hind tendon region.

2 (39) THE TALAKAVERI PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45		 1600M

TashkentJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of EYEZ HYPNOTIZE, was reprimanded for shifting `out`, thereby, inconveniencing CAVAROZZI (S John) on his outside, approaching the 450 Metres.
CracksmanJockey L Prashant, the rider of CRACKSMAN, was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to improve his position from the 1200 Metres till entering the final bend. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Trainer Vishal Yadav was also cautioned to be more judicious while parting riding instructions to his riders in future. CRACKSMAN (L Prashant) sustained bruise on right hind hock.
CavarozziCAVAROZZI (S John) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, at the start. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of gr g CAVAROZZI, trained by Mr. Rakesh and ridden by Jockey S John, in the above Race.
EudoraEUDORA (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
AgnetaAGNETA (S Shivakumar) jumped `out` awkwardly, at the start.

3 (40) THE R.W.I.T.C.LTD., TROPHY (DIV-I)
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1200M
4.15 P.M.
NavelrockPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw NAVELROCK (S John) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
MaduroJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of MADURO, was reprimanded for the undesirable practice of easing up his mount in the last 100 Metres of the Race.
Thea's GiftJockey Irvan Singh, the rider of THEA`S GIFT, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, passing the 250 Metres.
Country's CourageCOUNTRY`S COURAGE (A S Peter) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, at the start.
Coorg RegimentJockey S Manohar, the rider of COORG REGIMENT, reported that the saddle shifted back while rounding the final bend; After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling. It was reported after the Race that COORG REGIMENT (S Manohar) pulled up lame on right hind; Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
MoroccanMOROCCAN (Chotu Jaiswar) jumped awkwardly `inwards`, at the start.
Lucky PineappleLUCKY PINEAPPLE (Shivnath Paswan) planted and lost many lengths at the Start and thereafter, ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

4 (41) THE KODLIPET PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE		 1600M
4.45 P.M.
Ship RockWednesday, 5th June, 2019, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This is a well bred horse and this is only its third run in this centre; b) This is a free running horse and it loves to go to the front and he was also instructed by his Owner to let it run freely in the front; c) In its previous run, he had told his rider not to break its stride and to let it run freely in the front, but it was chased by SHERLOCK, and after the latter overtook his charge, his rider had made a mistake of chasing it till the 900 Metres, due to which both the horses had fizzled out in the Straight; d) In this Race he had instructed his rider to go to the front and his charge settled well in the front ran on from there and just about won the Race; e) He was surprised as the timing of his charge was slower by more than one second despite winning the race and in his opinion the slow pace suited it and it ran better, in the above Race; f) His charge had shown some improvement during the Morning Track Work after its previous run and in his opinion, COUNTRY MUSIC, which ran with his charge had run again before this race, CRESENDO had run a very bad race, TOWERING STORM had gone up in handicap and so his charge which had beaten SHERLOCK in its previous run again beat it in this present set. His explanations were noted for future reference.
SherlockJockey R Shelar, the rider of SHERLOCK, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
TremendousJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TREMENDOUS, was reprimanded for shifting `out`, thereby, inconveniencing ETERNAL INSPIRATION (R Manish) on his outside, approaching the 400 Metres.
CrescendoCRESCENDO (Sameer Qureshi) took a fly jump and went onto its haunches, whereby, the rider got momentarily unbalanced, at the start.

5 (42) THE R.W.I.T.C.LTD., TROPHY (DIV-II)
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1200M
5.15 P.M.
LancasterLANCASTER (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, thereby, inconveniencing DEIMUS (Shiva Kumar) on its outside, which, in turn, went onto WONDER STORY (Nirmal Jodha), on its outside, at the start.
JolfaJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of JOLFA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to SIDDHANI (Saddam Hussain) on his inside, between the 1000 Metres and the 800 Metres.
DeimusJockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of DEIMUS, was reprimanded for shifting `out`, thereby, inconveniencing TOP STRIKER (Vijay Kumar) on his outside, passing the 800 Metres.
