1	(297)	THE FAIR RACING PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1100M
			2.15 P.M.

Ponty Rossa	Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of PONTY ROSSA reported that his mount was running erratic in the last 300 mts of the race.
Master Becket	Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of MASTER BECKET was fined Rs.3000/ for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing FIDELLA (R Rakesh) which in turn passed it onto DYNAMIC (Dhanu Singh Deora) which had to be checked by its rider.
Fidelia	The Club’s Veterinary officer reported that FIDELIA (R Rakesh) was lame on right fore after the race. Trainer Shakti Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Al Maktoum	Jockey Sameer Qureshi the rider of AL MAKTOUM was severely reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing DARJEELING (Parveen Saini ) on his inside.
Great Artist	Jockey Himalay S Pawar the rider of GREAT ARTIST was severely reprimanded for not sufficiently preserving with his mount in the initial stages of the race and thereafter negotiating the bend wide and travelled on the outer portion of the race track for no apparent reason.

2	(298)	THE FAIR RACING PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1100M
			2.45 P.M.

Shinning Silk	SHINNING SILK (Praveen Saini) was examined at the starting gate by the Club’s Veterinary officer who reported that it was lame on left fore as such it was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. Trainer Rajinder deputizing for A Khan was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Miss Blitz	Trainer H Ali Khan was called in and questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running thereby resulting in the improved performance of MISS BLITZ as compared to its last run in race No.290 THE PERCEIVED VALUE PLATE. A HANDICAP FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 126 (CLASS V) (ABOUT) 1200 MTS run on 22nd April 2017 where it was unplaced. Not being satisfied with his explanation he was fined a sum of Rs.10000/ for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge MISS BLITZ resulting in improved performance in a short span of time. He was advised of the right of his appeal.
Miss India	Jockey Vinay Jaiswal the rider of MISS INDIA was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing ASHWA GRACE (Hindu Singh) which in turn passed it onto MASTER AGGASI (M B Qureshi) who went onto SOLID GOLD (Akash Rajput) galloping on his inside was momentarily imbalanced. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting down the incident.
Ashwa Grace	Jockey Hindu Singh the rider of ASHWA GRACE was severely reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in approaching 700 mts thereby MISS INDIA (Vinay Jaiswal) galloping on his inside had to be checked by its rider.
Oxford Princess	Trainer Richpal Singh was called in and questioned regarding the poor performance of OXFORD PRINCESS as compared to its last run in race No.290. THE PERCEIVED VALUE PLATE. A HANDICAP FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 126 (CLASS V) (ABOUT) 1200 MTS run on 22nd April 2017 where it was placed 2nd. The trainer stated that: i)He had instructed the jockey to position 3/4th and do his best on entering the straight and the same instructions were given in its previous run also. ii)Today the pace of the race was too fast and his charge did not cope up with the field, and thereafter the jockey had ridden according to his instructions . iii)His charge is still a maiden
Caught The Eye	Jockey Riazuddin the rider of CAUGHT THE EYE reported that his mount was slow out from the starting gate as the start was effected thereby loosing some ground and negotiating the bend his mount could not get a clear run due crowding of the field hence he permitted his mount to shift to the outer portion of the race track.

Top Bracket

Jockey C S Jodha the rider of TOP BRACKET reported that he could not get a clear run from the 200 mts as RED APPLE (Himalay S Pawar) shifted in wherein he had to shift out. He further reported that his mount was hanging In in the final stages of the race. Trainer Rajinder was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race. Jockey C S Jodha the rider of TOP BRACKET was warned for easing out his mount in the final stages of the race.

Mountain Gunner

Trainer K Ali Khan was cautioned for bringing his charges late in the parade ring. viz MOUNTAIN GUNNER, MARCUS AURELIUS & NIOBRARA.

			4.45 P.M.

Imperial Princess	Permission was granted to Trainer Irfan Ali to withdraw IMPERIAL PRINCESS as it was suffering from fever. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Cherami	Trainer Zulfiqar Khan was called in and questioned regarding the improved performance of CHERAMI the winner of the above race as compared to its last run in race No.285 on 22nd April 2017 wherein it was placed fourth when ridden by the same jockey. The trainer stated that in its last outing his charge had suffered an interference which is being recorded in the race day incident and he had given the same instructions on both occasions.
Baba O Baba	SIMMAROW (Arman Ali Jafri) and ENSIGN (Jai Parkash) bumped each other soon after jumping out of the starting gates whereby Jockey Jai Parkash (ENSIGN) was momentarily imbalanced.
Ashwa Gaznee	ASHWA GAZNEE (Narain Singh) was slow out from the starting gates thereby loosing some grounds. Trainer I S Parmar was advised to give sufficient gate practice before accepting with it again in a race.

			5.15 P.M.

Golden Coast	Trainer Magan Singh was called in and questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge GOLDEN COAST as compared to its last run in race RACE.NO.275 THE SILVERADO PLATE.DIV.II. A HANDICAP FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 2046 (ABOUT) 1000 MTS. on 17th April 2017 wherein it was unplaced in its last outing ridden by the same rider. The trainer stated that after loading his charge in the starting gate it had a fall inside the starting stall last time and the same was recorded in the racing incident.
Sacharines	Prior to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey Himalay S Pawar the rider of SACHARINES requested to view the race video with a view to considering lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey Himalay S Pawar decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an objection was lodged by Jockey Himalay S Pawar the rider of SCAHARINES placed third by the Judge against Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of TERRIFIC placed second by the Judge for “ coming in sharply crossing me badly and giving me a severe check between 100 mts to 50 mts due to which I had to stop riding and that cost me a certain 2nd place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.
Brief Encounter	The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that SCOOP THE POT bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder). Trainer Shakti Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
