Welcome ChakkaramJockey Md.Farhan Alam the rider of WELCOME WONDER reported that his mount was inclined to run wide for major part of the race despite his efforts.
IntegrityJockey Azad Alam the rider of INTEGRITY was fined a sum of Rs.1,000/ for maintaining a wide course from the 600 metres till entering the straight.

MazikeenApproaching the 700 metres Jockey Shahar Babu the rider of OH MY while trying to settle his mount slowed down the pace resulting in BRILLIANT SCRIPT (P.K.Gaddam) shifting out onto REGAL TRIBUTE (Nakhat Singh)to avoid clipping the heels of the front runner. The incident being accidental no action was initiated.

5 (25) THE BOTANICAL GARDEN CUP (DIV-I)

King's PrinceKING’S PRINCE (Md.Asif Khan) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, lame on left fore due to a sprained fetlock joint, before coming under the starters order. Trainer FazalUlRehman was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Senior Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Glorious VictoryGLORIOUS VICTORY (C.A.Brisson) was observed to hangin in the straight and was asked to be examined by the Veterinary Officer who reported that the gelding had sharp molars on both sides of the jaw. Trainer J.Sebastian was fined a sum of Rs.3000/ for failing in carrying out his duties as a licensed professional.
Vibrant ApproachJockey C.Umesh the rider of VIBRANT APPROACH reported that his mount was shy, ran erratically despite his efforts and bumped the railings at the 300 metres.
Royal FeelingsROYAL FEELINGS (Shahar Babu) and BLISSFUL ROSE (G.Naresh) planted SSCs revoked.

6 (26) THE BOTANICAL GARDEN CUP (DIV-II)

Kings BlackAt the 150 metres on use of the whip KINGS BLACK (Md.Asif Khan) shifted away inwards onto the inner railings unbalancing the rider momentarily.
El PoliticoTrainer Shehzad Abbas was permitted to saddle EL POLITICO (Rohit Kumar) on behalf of Trainer Raza Shehzad at both Trainer’s risk and liability. EL POLITICO (Rohit Kumar) drifted wide out while negotiating the 800 metres ATC bend despite jockey’s efforts.

7 (27) THE MISTY MELODY PLATE

SentosaTrainer FazalUlRehman was permitted to saddle SENTOSA (Azad Alam) on behalf of Trainer Akbar Malick at both Trainer’s risk and liability. Jockey Azad Alam the rider of SENTOSA was fined a sum of Rs.1000/ for improper use of the whip whereby he unbalanced his mount at about the 100 meters.
Pacific DunesTrainer Shehzad Abbas was permitted to saddle PACIFIC DUNES (P.Ajeeth Kumar) on behalf of Trainer Raza Shehzad at both Trainer’s risk and liability. PACIFIC DUNES (P.Ajeeth Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards onto STEVE MCQUEEN (Irshad Alam).
