Jockey S Shiva Kumar, the rider of ROLAND, was fined Rs.2,000/ for travelling wide between the 800 Metres and the 500 Metres, for no apparent reason and further fined Rs.1,000/ for the improper use of the whip, in that, he used the whip on his right and allowed his mount to drift out between the 400 Metres and the 250 Metres of the above Race.
Kodals PrincessKODALS PRINCESS (Anil Baandal) accidentally brushed the Railings, passing the 1100 Metres.

KazuriIt was observed that both, KAZURI (S Shiva Kumar) as well as EXCELONCE (Irvan Singh) drifted out under pressure, in the last 200 Metres of the Race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m KAZURI.
ExcelonceJockey Irvan Singh, the rider of EXCELONCE, placed Second by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey S Shiva Kumar, the rider of KAZURI, placed First by the Judge, for “the winner started to take me out from 300 Metres and leaned on me completely in the last 250 Metres due to which, I almost lost balance; He also bumped me in the last 100 Metres and that cost me a certain Race”; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
Color MeJockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of COLOR ME, reported that his mount was not galloping throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that it pulled up lame on left fore; Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Kir RoyaleIt was observed that one of lead pieces from the lead bag of the saddle on b g KIR ROYALE (Cedric Segeon), had fallen, when the horse was being rolled behind the Starting Gates, prior to loading. Due to paucity of time Jockey Cedric Segeon could not be reweighed again, and as such, the horse was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders; After the Race, the equipment was thoroughly examined and was observed to be maintained in an unserviceable condition. Hence Jockey Cedric Segeon was fined Rs.5,000/ for his negligence and was cautioned that more careful pertaining the the maintenance of his equipment in future.
CarisaCARISA (S Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly `inward`s at the start, thereby, inconveniencing CERZAMA (S R Santosh Kumar) on its inside.
ZoeAs Jockey Akash Agarwal, the declared rider of ZOE, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride ZOE in place of the declared rider.
