TobinTrainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was questioned as to the improved performance of his charge TOBIN(Irvan Singh), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 29 of the Mysore Winter Races 201920, i.e., The Dandeli Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over, run on Fifth Day, Wednesday, 11th December, 2019, when ridden by Jockey K Sai Kiran, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) After its run in Race No. 29, it was examined the next day and found to be lame on right fore and was treated for the same; b) After that, due to its soreness he was kept on light work and was applying medicine as advised; but still was not coming allright and again the Club`s Veterinary Doctor treated it; c) Slowly, it started to come on, started to show spark in his work; d) In its previous run he was not happy that his charge had run so poorly but after treatment, it had shown a lot of improvement and came out and won the above Race. His explanations were noted. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g TOBIN.
Country's SherJockey L Prashant, the rider of COUNTRY`S SHER, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and causing severe interference to TIME ALWAYS (A Vishwanath), on his inside, which went onto VROOM VROOM (V R Jagdeesh) and GOLDEN CRUISE (Anil Baandal), on its inside, passing the 1000 Metres. The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar D and Jockey L Prashant as to the running and riding of COUNTRY`S SHER in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse had come back after a setback and running after a long layoff (8 months) and he had told his rider not to break its stride and allow it to stride out freely as he did not want it to break down again; b) He had instructed his rider to sit 4th or 5th, till the 400 Metres and then ride out; c) His rider had pushed his mount to grab a good position and in doing so found himelf in front. Thereafter his charge went in and caused interference to horses on its inside and as such, the speedy horses dropped back, due to the interference; d) Thereafter, his rider kept it going and rode out in the straight to finish second; e) He had fancied it to run well and he was satisfied with the run of his charge in the above Race; The Jockey, while corroborating the statements of the Trainer also added that after he found himself in front, he did not want to break the stride of his mount and had maintained the pace and rode out in the straight to finish second. While noting their explanations, Jockey L Prashant was cautioned to be more judicious in following the riding instructions in future. COUNTRY`S SHER (L Prashant) sustained bruise inside right hock.
GabinoJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of GABINO, was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing MOONSTRUCK (Sameer Qureshi) on his inside passing the 700 Metres.
Time AlwaysJockey L Prashant, the rider of COUNTRY`S SHER, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and causing severe interference to TIME ALWAYS (A Vishwanath), on his inside, which went onto VROOM VROOM (V R Jagdeesh) and GOLDEN CRUISE (Anil Baandal), on its inside, passing the 1000 Metres.
Wood CutterWOOD CUTTER (Ajeet Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its performance, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must not accept with it again until its performance improves to the statisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a starting gate practice day.
Vroom VroomJockey L Prashant, the rider of COUNTRY`S SHER, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and causing severe interference to TIME ALWAYS (A Vishwanath), on his inside, which went onto VROOM VROOM (V R Jagdeesh) and GOLDEN CRUISE (Anil Baandal), on its inside, passing the 1000 Metres.

Cherie AmourThe Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu as to the improved performance of his charge CHERIE AMOUR (K Sai Kiran), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 51 of the Mysore Winter Races 201920, i.e., The Mangalagangothri Plate (About) 1100 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over, run on Eighth Day, Tuesday, 31st December, 2019, when ridden by Jockey Ajeet Kumar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse was running after a gap of about one month as it was a problematic horse and had joint problems; b) It had shown good improvement in two gate practices and based on those performances he had fancied its chances in the above Race; c) His charge ran well and came out and won the Race. His explanations were noted; Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m CHERIE AMOUR.
At The TopJockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of AT THE TOP, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out` and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz., VIRGINIA QUEEN (G Rohith), FELIX LEGION (Nazar Alam) and AROMATIC (H Rahul), on his outside, at the start. Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the rider of BIG TIME BAY, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to AT THE TOP (Shamaz Shareef) on his inside, passing the 700 Metres.

FlamboyantTrainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was fined Rs.10,000/ for declaring his charge FLAMBOYANT (Arshad Alam) to run in the above race when it was specifically advised to show it in two mock races. Subsequently, he was permitted to withdraw his charge, from the above race.
SegeraJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of SEGERA, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to JAMESON (Chethan Gowda) on his inside in the last 50 Metres of the Race. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was questioned as to the improved performance of his charge SEGERA (K Sai Kiran), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 17 of the Mysore Winter Races 201920, i.e., The Sakaleshpur Plate Div.II, (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, (No Whip), when ridden by Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse races for the first time during the Mysore main season and ran a very good 4th; b) Thereafter, it developed very bad shins for which it was treated and thereafter, it ran in a `No Whip` race where it ran a very poor race; c) The Club`s Veterinary doctor had advised him not to pressurise the horse too much and to keep it in light work; d) In its next run, because of severe kick back, it did not perform well; e) In its last run in Race No. 17, it developed very bad shin problem and was advised by the Club`s Veterinary doctor to treat the horse and after some rest and light work, as per the advise of the Club`s Veterinary Officer, he had given it a Gate practice where its run was very good as also in its subsequent Gate jump out, where it beat a higher rated horse from the same stables; f) He had fancied its chances of his charge in the above Race, where it came out and won the Race. His explanations were noted.
JamesonJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of SEGERA, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to JAMESON (Chethan Gowda) on his inside in the last 50 Metres of the Race.
Swiss TigressSWISS TIGRESS (Ajeet Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards at the start. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Girinath C was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence [1st Infringement].
CelestarJockey R Anand, the rider of CELESTAR was fined Rs.2,000/ for not completely riding out his mount in the last 150 Metres of the Race.
My QueenMY QUEEN (Mukesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards at the start.
Birthday BabeBIRTHDAY BABE (Shiva Kumar) swerved to the left soon after the jump out, went onto the outer sand track and thereafter ran and completed the race on the outer sand track. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Naval GloryJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of NAVAL GLORY was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to THE IMPOSTER (Anil Baandal) on his inside passing the 300 Meters.
SpiritualqueenJockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of SPIRITUALQUEEN, reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Tejaswi P C was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
The ImposterJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of NAVAL GLORY was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to THE IMPOSTER (Anil Baandal) on his inside passing the 300 Meters.
Star LagoonIt was reported after the Race that STAR LAGOON (M Naveen) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Sea LagoonJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SEA LAGOON, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to TURF LEGEND (R Ajay Kumar) on his inside and again for shifting `out` and taking out SCRIPT WRITER (Shamaz Shareef), on his outside, between the 500 Metres and the 600 Metres. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b m SEA LAGOON.
Script WriterJockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of TURF LEGEND, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `out` and causing interference to EL TYCOON (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside, which went onto SCRIPT WRITER (Shamaz Shareef) and ILLUMINATE (Chethan Gowda), on its outside, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SEA LAGOON, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to TURF LEGEND (R Ajay Kumar) on his inside and again for shifting `out` and taking out SCRIPT WRITER (Shamaz Shareef), on his outside, between the 500 Metres and the 600 Metres.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi [being deputized by Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav] was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of BRABOURNE, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 300 Metres.
Miracle KingMIRACLE KING (R Manish) sustained cut on left hind above fetlock.
Blue BlazerBLUE BLAZER (Vipin Kumar) ran detached after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi [deputized by Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu] was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of SKY JASMINE, reported that the horse was hanging `out` rounding the bend and after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but it was too fractious and did not allow for the examination of the mouth. However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Intrepid WarriorJockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of INTREPID WARRIOR, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of whip on his mount in the above Race [1st Infringement].
Wind PowerJockey H M Akshay, the rider of WIND POWER, was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount in the straight. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu, that he was being given a benefit of a grave doubt and that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
PilgrimBREAKING NEWS (Ajeet Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced PILGRIM (Arshad Alam) on its outside at the start.

The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the examination of the mouth of the horse revealed old ulcers on the right oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
