Punjab Mail	Jockey Shaliyar Khar the rider of PUNJAB MAIL was severely reprimanded for looking back in the final stages of the race and making celebratory gesture.
Bhitski	Jockey S Amjad Khan the rider of BHITSKI reported that approaching 800 mts TOT O WHISKEY (Aqeed Waheed) slightly shifted onto him thereby taking his ground due to which he had to check his mount.
Master Badal	Jockey D Kumar the rider of MASTER BADAL was fined Rs.2000/ for coming in approaching 900 mts thereby causing a severe interference to CONQUERING BID (Khet Singh) wherein he had to check his mount.

Baba O Baba	An enquiry has been opened into the circumstances leading to SIMMAROW (V R Jagadeesh) being withdrawn. In consequence of SIMMAROW being withdrawn a deduction of 30% on win and 50% on place bets was effected.
Arctic Whizz	The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ARCTIC WHIZZ bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder) Trainer Rajinder was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
Golden Indian	Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of GOLDEN INDIAN was cautioned for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing SACHARINES ( M Chettri) on his inside.

3	(15)	THE LALBAGH PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1400M

Suraagna	SURAAGNA (Dhanu Singh Deora) was extremely fractious in the saddling enclosure and in the parade ring, refused to go to the Starting gate as such withdrawn by the order of the Stewards. Further it was also reported that the left hind shoe had splayed in the process. Trainer Magan Singh was advised to get the filly’s racing manners to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward before accepting with it again in a race. In consequence of SURAAGNA being withdrawn before coming under starter’s order a deduction of 50% on win and 50% on place bets was effected.
Ryback	Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of RYBACK reported the loss of the whip approaching 150 mts. (1st offence).
Top King	Approaching the 1200 mts crossfall TOP KING ( K Narender Kumar) fly jump momentarily imbalancing the rider.

Trapdoor	Jockey V R Jagadeesh the rider of TRAPDOOR reported that his mount was slowly away as the start was effected thereby loosing some grounds. Jockey V R Jagadeesh the rider of TRAPDOOR was fined Rs.3000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race. (1st offence during the meeting).
Master Frankel	Jockey S G Prasad the rider of MASTER FRANKEL was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift out approaching 200 mts under the aid of whip thereby inconveniencing OXFORD PRINCESS (Muzammil Hashmi) on his outside.

Shivalika

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of SHIVALIKA was fined Rs.5000/ for negotiating the bend very wide for no apparent reason, thereafter not sufficiently persevering with his mount. He was further informed repetition of similar manner of riding would entail being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.

Organic Gambler	Jockey V R Jagadeesh the rider of GAMBLER RETURNS was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gate thereby inconveniencing AUTUMN GOLD ( Dhanu Singh Deora) on his inside.
Miss Bullet	Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed the rider of MISS BULLET was severely reprimanded for negotiating the bend very wide and traveling on the outer portion of the race track for no apparent reason.

Mr Chairman	An enquiry has been opened into the circumstances leading to MR CHAIRMAN (V R Jagadeesh) being withdrawn.
Comprehensive	Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of COMPREHENSIVE was fined Rs.3000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race.(1st offence during the meeting).
Miss Ferrari	Jockey R Parvesh the rider of MISS FERRARI reported that his mount was fractious in the gate and requested the starter for a Handler wherein the starter was not in a position to hear and when the start was effected his mount jumped awkwardly out from the starting gate. After viewing the CCTV replay of the race and hearing his explanations, he was cautioned and advised to desist from this undesirable practice of misleading the officials.
Miss Blitz	Jockey Muzammil Hashmi the rider of MISS BLITZ reported that his mount was slowly away from the starting gate thereby loosing some grounds. Trainer H Ali Khan was advised to give sufficient gate practice before accepting with it again in race.
