Mexican HaloMEXICAN HALO (Noorshed Alam) jumped awkwardly inwards onto OLIVER TWIST (C.P.Khanal) who received a check and lost about 2 to 3 lengths. The incident being accidental no action was initiated.

Wild PassionApprentice Jockey C.P.Khanal the rider of WILD PASSION was fined a sum of Rs.2,000/ for weighing out late. WILD PASSION (C.P.Khanal) slipped from fore momentarily at the 800 metres passage.
Crown WalkPermission was granted to Trainer FazalUlRehman to saddle CROWN WALK (Azad Alam) on behalf of trainer Akbar Malick on both Trainer’s risk and liability. Trainer FazalUlRehman deputising for Trainer Akbar Malick was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/ for parading his charge CROWN WALK without a Tongue Strap in the paddock, the Tongue strap was subsequently put on before the horse left paddock. CROWN WALK (Azad Alam) returned lame on right hind after the race. Trainer FazalUlRehman deputising for Trainer Akbar Malick was asked to get the filly certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Lady EmpressLADY EMPRESS (A.Ayaz Khan) was slow to start losing about a length or two. LADY EMPRESS (A.Ayaz Khan) trailed the field and was asked to be examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer who reported no abnormalities were found. Trainer P.Krishna was asked to ensure better performance of his charge in future before accepting with it again.

3 (93) THE ARAVANKADU PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1200M

Fire StrikeFIRE STRIKE (N.Murugan) was slow to start losing about 4 lengths. Trainer G.S.Parmar was asked to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the starter before accepting with it again. FIRE STRIKE (N.Murugan) lost hind action, slipped and fell dislodging the rider at about the 800 metres.
Highland LightHIGHLAND LIGHT (P.Ajeeth Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards. Jockey P.Ajeeth Kumar reported that his mount HIGHLAND LIGHT was inclined to hang in for major part of the race, Club’s Veterinary Officer was asked to examine the gelding who reported no abnormalities were found.
Supreme CommanderSUPREME COMMANDER (Rajendra Singh) jumped awkwardly outwards onto HADAR (C.A.Brisson). SUPREME COMMANDER (Rajendra Singh) jumped awkwardly inwards onto HADAR (C.A.Brisson).
Parrys GloryApp Jockey Muzaffar Alam the rider of PARRYS GLORY was fined a sum of Rs.1,000/ for not being alert at the start and cautioned for shifting in sharply approaching the 800 metres bend although clear of the field for no appeared reason.
Star ConvoySTAR CONVOY (Shahar Babu) stumbled at about the 800 metres bend.
NaattamaiNAATTAMAI (Irshad Alam) was observed to trail the field and was asked to be examined by the Club’s Senior Veterinary Officer who reported that the gelding had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Fahad Khan was fined a sum of Rs.3000/ for negligence in performing his duties as a licensed professional.

A Handicap for Horses rated 80 AND ABOVE		 1400M

Saving GraceThe blinds used on SAVING GRACE (C.Umesh) were removed momentarily slow resulting in the filly losing a length or two at the start. Starter was asked to caution the handler for future. SAVING GRACE (C.Umesh) stumbled at about the 800 metres dislodging the rider.
Tudor TreasureTUDOR TREASURE (Nakhat Singh) stumbled momentarily approaching the 800 metres bend.
Star TwistJockey C.A.Brisson the rider of STAR TWIST informed that his mount got keen soon after the start and in trying to control his mount shifted out onto SAVING GRACE about 50 metres after the start.

Pacific DunesJockey P.K.Gaddam the rider of PACIFIC DUNES was questioned regarding the start of the race to which he stated that on jump out his mount jumped towards inside due to which in trying to correct his mount he pulled on the left reign resulting in his mount throwing its head, the explanation of the jockey was noted.
Chennai ChakramJockey C.Umesh being indisposed after his fall in the 4th race of the day he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey A.Imran Khan on CHENNAI CHAKRAM.
Queen Of VeniceQUEEN OF VENICE (N.Murugan) drifted wide out while negotiating the 800 metre bend.
Steve McqueenApprentice Jockey Irshad Alam the rider of STEVE MCQUEEN was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/ for shifting in causing interference to OCTAVIAN (C.A.Brisson) who received a check and fell back further causing a check to CHENNAI CHAKRAM (A.Imran Khan) travelling directly behind approaching the 800 metre bend and therafter again shifting out and forcing out BRILLIANT SCRIPT (Shahar Babu) at about the 350 metres for no apparent reason.

Price StrikerPRICE STRIKER (P.K.Gaddam) stumbled at about the 800 metres and thereafter after travelling a few strides slipped and dislodged the rider, Jockey P.Ajeeth Kumar the rider of TOWNS END travelling directly behind had to check his mount due to the fall.
Prized WhitePRIZED WHITE (A.Ayaz Khan) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, lame on left fore due to sore shins and suspected dermatitis. Trainer P.Krishna was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
OberonJockey C.Umesh being indisposed he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey P.Sai Kumar on OBERON.
Star VictoriousSTAR VICTORIOUS (Nakhat Singh) jumped awkwardly and tried to veer inwards immediately after the jump, jockey Nakhat Singh however was able to control his mount. Jockey Asshad Asbar was severely cautioned for shifting in inconveniencing STAR VICTORIOUS (Nakhat Singh) at about the 850 metres.
Heavenly BlueHEAVENLY BLUE (Shahar Babu) was slow to start losing about 3 lengths.

7 (97) THE ASTONISH PLATE (DIV-II)

MedovikMEDOVIK (Shahar Babu) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter’s orders, filly sustained contusion on nasal bone and was bleeding from the mouth. Trainer Saddam Iqbal was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
ChoirCHOIR was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, lame on right fore due to sore shin. Trainer Fahad Khan was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Pappa RichJockey P.K.Gaddam being indisposed after his fall in the 6th race of the day he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey A.Ayaz Khan on PAPPA RICH. PAPPA RICH (Ayaz Khan) ducked under the starting stall during loading operations and ran loose before being stalled again. Trainer P.Krishna was asked to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Starter before accepting with it again.
Glorious VictoryTrainer J.Sebastian was fined a sum of Rs.3000/ for parading hic charge GLORIOUS VICTORY without a Basket Bit in the paddock, the Bit was subsequently put before the horse left the paddock.
HenriettaHENRIETTA (A.Imran Khan) was slow to start, jumped awkwardly and was observed to trail the field by quite a distance. Jockey A.Imran Khan when questioned stated that his mount was slow to start jumped awkwardly into the right gate of the starting stall and did not raise a proper gallop, further he felt that the filly was not right and hence he did not persevere with his mount. Trainer K.S.Mandanna when questioned stated that his charge is temperamental and refuses to gallop if it fails to hit the front or when passed by other horses, he also informed that in her previous outing she was moving well till about the 900 metres, however dropped back after receiving a check and did not respond thereafter. Considering that she is sensitive and temperamental he does not take any objection the jockey’s riding. The filly was asked to be examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer who reported no abnormalities were found. Trainer K.S.Mandanna was asked to take remedial measures before accepting with it again.
