LibaPOWER OF GOD (Shobhan Babu) was impounded for veterinary examination. On endoscopic examination after the above Race, the filly was found to have suffered from Grade III EIPH. Hence Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
RahbarRAHBAR (Vijay Kumar) was slowly away at the Start and thereafter ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was advised to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Cool DudeCOOL DUDE (J Paswan) was extremely fractious at the Gates and bolted riderless before being loaded; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.
Young GallantJockey Irvan Singh, the rider of YOUNG GALLANT, reported that his mount was hanging `out`, rounding the final bend; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
BlackwindJockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of BLACKWIND, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Trainer J Sharavanan and Jockey V R Jagdeesh were questioned regarding the running and riding of BLACKWIND, In the above Race. The Trainer stated that, (a) the horse has the habit of taking an awkward jump and does not show any initial speed, but, gradually improves and finishes on well; (b) in this Race also, he had cautioned the Jockey about the habit of the horse and told him to jump out, gradually improve and do his best in the straight; (c) the horse behaved in a similar manner in this Race also and the rider did his best, but, his charge could only finish Fifth; and (d) under these circumstances, he did not take exception to the riding of Jockey V R Jagdeesh on his charge, BLACKWIND, in the above Race; The rider, while corroborating the statement of the Trainer, added that his mount had jumped `out` awkwardly, but, he gradually nurtured the horse, improved his position and rode fully in the straight, but, his mount could only finish Fifth; He added that the horse had behaved in a similar fashion when he had won a Race on this horse during the last Winter Meeting;
La PiperiLA PIPERI (S G Prasad) jumped out awkwardly, at the start. LA PIPERI (S G Prasad) sustained small cut on right fore mid cannon.
Bold NatureBOLD NATURE (S Chethan Kalay) sustained small cut on right fore outer fetlock.

3 (11) THE BALAMURI PLATE

BadshahBADSHAH (N Tauseef Ahmed) jumped out awkwardly, whereby, the rider lost his right stirrup soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, which he regained with a few strides; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
HeidrunJockey Nitin Singh, the rider of HEIDRUN, reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Mr ChangMR CHANG (Shobhan Babu) sustained cut below left hock.
Ocean MagicOCEAN MAGIC (S Mubarak) planted and thereafter jumped out awkwardly, thereby losing many lengths at the start and momentarily unbalancing the rider and as such, the rider lost his right stirrup, and could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

4 (12) THE PRINCE REGENT PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)

Gran TurismoPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to withdraw GRAN TURISMO (Sarvan Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to inflammation of hoof; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
EphialtiesJockey S Chethan Kalay, the rider of EPHIALTIES, was fined Rs.2,000/ for repeatedly looking back in the straight, for no apparent reason.
Golden StepsJockey N Ramesh Kumar, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS, was fined Rs.5,000/ for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the Race and also, for his negligence in not observing the PostRace Paddock formalities after the Race. GOLDEN STEPS (N Ramesh Kumar) sustained bleeding cut on right hind pastern.
Trust Me BoyJockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, reported that his mount was hanging `in` from the 800 Metres; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed fresh injuries on either oral commisure; Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
Running StormJockey Nitin Singh, the rider of RUNNING STORM, was fined Rs.1,000/ for completely easing up his mount in the last 200 Metres of the Race.
Quick AngelQUICK ANGEL (J Paswan) was observed to be gradually slowing down in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that it sustained linear superficial injury on left hind outer cannon; Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

5 (13) THE KOLAR PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65

RecklessRECKLESS (J Paswan – drawn 6) jumped awkwardly `inwards` and AYRA`S DELIGHT (N Tauseef Ahmed drawn 4) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, thereby, inconveniencing CAMPEON (S A Amit) inbetween them, at the start. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of RECKLESS, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course, soon after the start. RECKLESS (J Paswan) sustained small cut inside left hind fetlock.
Secret TouchSECRET TOUCH (Nitin Singh) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, at the Start.
Ayra's DelightJockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of AYRA`S DELIGHT, was fined Rs.2,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to VENI VIDI VICI (V R Jagdeesh) on his inside, approaching the 1200 Metres.
The WolfTrainer Mr. M Eshwer and Jockey P P Dhebe were questioned regarding the poor performance of b g THE WOLF, in the above Race. The trainer stated as follows; a) His charge had always run in its previous outings with Blinkers and Hood β€œon” and it was for the first time that it had run without these equipments; b) In its previous run, it had run with these equipments and had planted, which prompted him to remove them; c) His charge was working well without these equipments during morning Track Work and he had given it a Gate practice and subsequently a Mock Race without these equipments and it had taken a level jump and had run well; d) So, he had decided to take them off and run it in the above Race with permission, but at hind sight, seeing its performance of his charge in this Race, he thought that he had made a mistake in removing these equipments; The Jockey, while corroborating with the statements of the Trainer, added that during no stage of the Race did his mount respond to his urgings, in the above Race. While noting their explanations, the horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.

6 (14) THE NAIRN TROPHY (DIV-I)

NikkaNIKKA( V R Jagdeesh) accidentally brushed the railings, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of NIKKA, reported that his mount drifted out alarmingly in the straight and despite his best efforts to keep it on an even keel, finished the Race on the outer part of the Race Track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr, Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it, again.
Dare The DonDARE THE DON (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained cut injury inside left hind cannon.
Star AtriumJockey A Imran Khan, the rider of STAR ATRIUM, was reprimanded for coming `in` and inconveniencing DARE THE DON (S R Santosh Kumar) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey A Imran Khan was questioned in the presence of Trainer J Sharavanan, regarding his riding on his mount STAR ATRIUM, in the above Race. The Jockey stated that as follows; a) His mount took a good jump and hit the front, but he rode his mount in check and did not allow it to tear away from the field; b) He was travelling very well till the straight and after entering the straight, folded up; c) He thought that the top weight that his mount was carrying, may have been a bit too much and that in his opinion, his mount might have needed this run; The explanation was noted for future reference.
King SmileKING SMILE (Afsar Khan) jumped `out` awkwardly at the start and, thereafter, ran detached from the field; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Angel GuardANGEL GUARD (M Madhu Babu) took an awkward jump, at the start.
Velvet RoseVELVET ROSE (Noorulla) ran detached from the field; Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

7 (15) THE NAGAMANGALA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE

Flying ShowJockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of FLYING SHOW, was reprimanded for coming in and inconveniencing POET (P P Dhebe), on his inside, soon after the Start. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of FLYING SHOW, was fined Rs.2,000/ for not maintaining a straight course, after entering the straight.
PoetPOET (P P Dhebe) brushed the Railings, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of POET, placed Second by the Judge, lodged objection against Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of FLYING SHOW, placed First by the Judge, for `I was in the lead, full of running in the straight, and, the winner started to drift `out`, took my ground, crossed me, and, thereby, I had to check and change course and that cost me the race`; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. Subsequently, the Stewards decided to fine Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of POET, Rs.5,000/ for lodging a frivolous objection.
ArriveARRIVE (M Kumar) reared up, as soon as the Gates opened.

8 (16) THE NAIRN TROPHY (DIV-II)

FjordJockey P P Dhebe, the rider of JFORD, reported that the saddle of his mount shifted back at the start itself as his mount was extremely fractious inside the Gates, just prior to the start of the Race; After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Chief's ArrowJockey Syed Waseemuddin, the rider of CHIEF`S ARROW, was severely reprimanded for riding an incompetent Race; He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi that similar manner of riding in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
Six Ace RedJockey S A Amit, the rider of SIX ACE RED, was fined Rs.2,000/ for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the Race.
One Of A KindJockey S Guruprasad, the rider of ONE OF A KIND, reported that his mount was trying to run `out` in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed small injuries on both oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
Gusty RulerMR BIG SHOT (V R Jagdeesh) sustained gum injury.
Catchy ChargerCATCHY CHARGER (M Prabhakaran) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Country's WarriorIt was reported after the Race that COUNTRY`S WARRIOR (B Nikhil) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
SignorSIGNOR (M Bhaskar) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
