 The saddle tie strap snapped while being led to the starting stall as such ANNEXED (Yash Narredu) was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s order.The Saddle was inspected after the race and was found to be in unserviceable condition. Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of ANNEXED was fined a sum of Rs 5000/ using unserviceable saddlery.
