Desert GoddessPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan to withdraw DESERT GODDESS (A. Sandesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
DaikiJockey Imran Chisty, the rider of DAIKI reported that his mount was hanging `in` from 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination it was found to have bit sore on right oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again.
Glowing MoonlightsGLOWING MOONLIGHTS (Ravi R.) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

DarrionTrainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.2,000/ for not obtaining prior permission to use red hood for his charge DARRION (Imran Chisty). Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of DARRION reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 150 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Lady InvictusJockey S.K.Paswan, the rider of LADY INVICTUS was fined Rs.2,000/ for not improving his position from the 1200 Metres till about 700 Metres.
Feel Of HopeFEEL OF HOPE (A.Ramu) took a fly jump. FEEL OF HOPE (A.Ramu) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Sling ShotTrainer Mr. V. Lokanath was fined Rs.1,000/ for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge (SLING SHOT). Subsequently, All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.
LadylionAn enquiry is being held into the running and riding of LADYLION, trained by Mr. Sriram Komandur and ridden by Jockey Girish R. in the above race.
SchafenbergJockey Mohammed Aliyar, the rider of SCHAFENBERG was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Never Give InNEVER GIVE IN (Antony Raj S.) reared up as the gates opened, whereby the rider was totally unbalanced immediately after the start, in the process the colour cap along with his goggles came off as such the rider had to ride without the goggles throughout the race. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.

Regal AristocracyJockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of DEL AVIZ was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his inside viz; THEWHISPERQUIETLY (S.K.Paswan) and REGAL ARISTOCRACY (A. Sandesh) soon after the start.
ArmoryJockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of DEL AVIZ was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his inside viz; THEWHISPERQUIETLY (S.K.Paswan) and REGAL ARISTOCRACY (A. Sandesh) soon after the start. Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of ARMORY reported that he lost his right stirrup at the start, which he regained at about 900 Metres.
Stellar GoldJockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of STELLAR GOLD was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
ThewhisperquietlyJockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of DEL AVIZ was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his inside viz; THEWHISPERQUIETLY (S.K.Paswan) and REGAL ARISTOCRACY (A. Sandesh) soon after the start. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race with respect to the riding of Jockey S.K.Paswan, the rider of THEWHISPERQUIETLY “wherein from 1200 Metres he did not make any effort to improve his position till about 650 Metres for no apparent reason and thereafter, he did not infuse adequate vigour in riding out his mount in the final 400 Metres”. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to S.K.Paswan for four (4) race days of Bangalore Winter Meeting 202425 i.e., 16112024, 23112024, 29112024 & 30112024 as he had pleaded guilty for Unsatisfactory Riding under Rule No. 161 (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount THEWHISPERQUIETLY (he is permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
Star CometJockey Antony Raj S., the rider of DISCIPLE was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and tightening STAR COMET (Rayan Ahmed R.) on his inside passing the 300 Metres.
SekhmetJockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of SEKHMET was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

6 (7) THE DUDHSAGAR FALLS PLATE (DIV-I)

LockheedLOCKHEED (P. Trevor) reared up, dislodged its rider on the way to the starting gates and galloped nearly one full round of the course. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. Darius R. Byramji was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Cool WaterCOOL WATER (Asirvatham) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
