Amboseli	Explanation of App. Kuldeep Singh (AMBOSELI) that his instructions were to go front which he tried to follow in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 3000/ for taking a long lead in the initial stages of the race whereby his mount got tired in the final stages of the race and dropped back.
Mademoiselle	Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (MADEMOISELLE) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer R H Sequeira was advised for a better performance in future.

Golden Degree	GOLDEN DEGREE (Abhay Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on right hind, as such the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Dontblockmyway	Jockey S. Saqlain (DONTBLOCKMYWAY) was fined Rs.3000/ for dropping his hands in the final 50 mtrs for no apparent reason.
Stars Envied	Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (STARS ENVIED) that his mount ran out soon after the start inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Northern Waves	Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (NORTHERN WAVES) in the presence of Trainer G. Shashikanth that the bit of his mount moved on to left, as such he had no control over his mount throughout the race in the process shifted out on to the outer rails and finished the course as such. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation of Jockey was taken. The Trainer was however, severely cautioned for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge and to be more careful in future, failing which he will liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
Farsiris	Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (FARSIRIS) that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race in the process shifted out on to outer rails in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Silver Screen	SILVER SCREEN (R S Jodha) dropped back from about the 500 mtrs finishing the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised for a better performance in future.

Always Special	Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (ALWAYS SPECIAL) that his mount has got a soft mouth, as such he could not ride out his mount on an even keel throughout the race, was noted for future reference. Trainer L V R Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
N R I Skypower	Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (N R I SKYPOWER) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to be more vigorous efforts in the straight.
Varaneek Gold	Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (VARANEEK GOLD) that his instructions were to go to front but as his mount jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and in order to follow the given instructions he was forced to scrub his mount in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned for inept handling of his mount for greater part of the race.
Oskars Officer	OSKARS OFFICER (Abhay Singh) did not raise a fluent gallop and trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised for a better performance in future.

Veterinary examination of BARBET (Mukesh Kumar) after the race revealed that the mare sustained clipped injury over right hind. However, the mare was trotting sound.

Detective

Explanation of Jockey Gaurav Singh (DETECTIVE) in the presence of trainer Laxman Singh that his instructions were to sit close with front runners but due to slow initial pace, he found himself in the front, as such he made his running and in the straight he did his best was noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned to make more determined efforts in future to follow the given instructions, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

Nikhil (PANCHO) that his mount held the bit on one side and trying to run out throughout the race in the process shifted out and forcing out ANTIDOTE (Abhay Singh) at about the 800 mtrs and thereafter shifted in at about the 600 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to the latter inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 2000/ for maintaining erratic course causing inconvenience on both the occasions to ANTIDOTE (Abhay Singh).
Colt Pistol	Jockeys Santosh RaJ J R (COLT PISTOL) and App. Kuldeep Singh (HOPING SKY) were cautioned for shifting out and in respectively soon after the start in the process bumping each other. Winning Attitude	Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (WINNING ATTITUDE) that his instructions were to sit 4th/5th as such he was forced to check his mount in the initial stages of the race to follow the given instructions was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for checking and dropping back in the initial stages of the race.
