The Leader	Explanation of Jockey Daniel Grant (THE LEADER) that his mount ducked in at about the 800 metres catching him unaware in the process causing interference to ROYAL BAY (AADESH KUMAR) was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 4,000/ for not making sufficient efforts to avoid the above interference. The Jockey was further cautioned to ride out his mounts past the post in future.
Rosemead	App. Ajit Kumar (ROSEMEAD) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting in at about the 1200 metres forcing in ROYAL BAY (AADESH KUMAR) who in turn shifted in causing interference to BLAZING ASIAN (K. ANIL) and FLEET COMMANDER (P.S. CHOUHAN).
Southern Rose	SOUTHERN ROSE (A. ASHHAD ASBAR) returned lame after the race.

Askioz	Explanation of Trainer M.V. Narayana Rao re: the improved performance of his charge ASKIOZ (DASHRATH SINGH) the winner of this race as compared to the gelding’s previous runs where he ran off board that his charge has run for the first time in a handicap race carrying 52 kgs., as compared to the gelding’s previous runs which was a terms races and in the previous runs his charge was gradually gaining ground and this being a 1600 metres race, use of tongue strap and also a better Jockey in the saddle has helped ASKIOZ to win as such the improved performance, noted.
Artist Colours	Jockey K. Anil (PRACTICAL PHYSICS) severely reprimanded for shifting in 100 metres after the start tightening PETER (NITIN SINGH) and further shifted in at about the 1200 metres taking the ground of DEEPANJALI (R. PARMOD).
Cheater	Explanation of Jockey Nitin Singh (PETER) that his instructions were to go to the front which he could not follow as he had received a check 100 metres after the start and was forced to use up his mount to make up the lost ground and in the straight his mount tired, noted. Jockey Nitin Singh was however cautioned for shifting out at about the 800 metres forcing out LAMBOURN (APP. AJIT KUMAR).

Sprucespringstien	App. Harinder Singh (SPRUCESPRINGSTIEN) cautioned for shifting in soon after the start taking the ground of KINGS CRUISE (S. JOHN) and in the straight shifting in taking the ground of DANCING TOUCH (A. IMRAN KHAN).
Zycon	Jockey S. Chandrasekhar (ZYCON) reported loss of his whip at about the 400 metres.

Allegation	Trainer Anupam Sharma cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charge ALLEGATION (R. PARMOD) the winner of this race as compared to the gelding’s previous run where he ran off board.
Canadian Girl	CANADIAN GIRL (DASHRATH SINGH) and PACIFIC GROOVE (M.F. ALI KHAN) slow out losing about 2 to 3 lengths each. Jockey Dashrath Singh (CANADIAN GIRL) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. Trainer M.V. Narayana Rao was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Indradhanush	INDRADHANUSH (NITIN SINGH) was forced to be checked at about the 900 metres due to the tightening of the field.
Indian Army	INDIAN ARMY (R. UMESH) returned bleeding from both the nostrils after the race.

Arcturus

ARCTURUS (R. UMESH) tried to run out soon after the start inspite of the Jockeys efforts. Trainer L.D’Silva was advised to take remedial measures.

All Pepper

Explanation of Jockey Satish Nayak (YOURE AN AETON) that his instructions were to go to the front which he had followed until about the 1000 metres from where the gelding started dropping back inspite of his efforts in the process causing severe interference to NAPOLEON (P. KAMLESH) racing directly behind at about the 700 metres, noted. Jockey Satish Nayak was however severely cautioned for failing to exercise greater control over his mount in that he shifted out whilst traveling on the rail when the gelding was dropping back for no apparent reason.

Orient Glory	App. P. Venkat (ORIENT GLORY) cautioned for shifting in onto the rails in the final 200 metres whilst traveling 5 to 6 horses wide for no apparent reason.
Samsonite	Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (SAMSONITE) that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his efforts, noted.
