1	(43)	THE ROYAL PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1200M

Cuncho	BUMBLE BEE (Ishwar Singh) was inclined to lug in during the race and soon after the start shifted in and went across PROMISE OF LOVE (MB Qureshi) who was checked and then shifted in and jostled with CUNCHO (App Angad). An enquiry has been initiated into the comparative performance of CUNCHO.
Jet Rafle	At the start, JET RAFLE (Khet Singh) veered outwards losing ground. Near 1000 metres, PROMISE OF LOVE (MB Qureshi) was inconvenienced as JET RAFLE (Khet Singh) shifted inwards. Jockey Khet Singh has been reprimanded. On questioning, Jockey MB Qureshi (PROMISE OF LOVE) stated that his instructions were to be in 3rd or 4th position but due to the interference at the start by BUMBLEBEE, he could not hold his position. And then he was interfered by JET RAFLE (Khet Singh) near 1000 meters. He stated that he had been niggling at his mount and has ridden to the best of his ability.After having viewed the race, and not being entirely satisfied with the explanation of the Jockey, he has been cautioned for not alerting his mount earlier and being vigorous on his mount.
Bumblebee	On questioning, Jockey MB Qureshi (PROMISE OF LOVE) stated that his instructions were to be in 3rd or 4th position but due to the interference at the start by BUMBLEBEE, he could not hold his position. And then he was interfered by JET RAFLE (Khet Singh) near 1000 meters. He stated that he had been niggling at his mount and has ridden to the best of his ability.After having viewed the race, and not being entirely satisfied with the explanation of the Jockey, he has been cautioned for not alerting his mount earlier and being vigorous on his mount. App Ishwar Singh (BUMBLEBEE) reported that his rein got entangled with his whip between 300 and 200 meters. After viewing the race,the App has been cautioned and has been asked to be more careful. After the race, PROMISE OF LOVE, BUMBLEBEE and LIVELY were found to be sound. BUMBLEBEE had a minor injury in her mouth which was of no racing significance and had normal dentition.

Master Badal	App Ankit Pal (MASTER BADAL) reported loss of his whip near 200 metres.
Victorious King	Passing 800 metres, VICTORIOUS KING (Akash Rajput) was inconvenienced as ASHWA GAURVI (Muzammil Hashmi) shifted inwards. Jockey Muzammil Hashmi has been cautioned.
Ashwa Gaurvi	Passing 800 metres, VICTORIOUS KING (Akash Rajput) was inconvenienced as ASHWA GAURVI (Muzammil Hashmi) shifted inwards. Jockey Muzammil Hashmi has been cautioned. After the race, ASHWA GAURVI was found to be sound.

Spartan X	At the start, SPARTAN X (App Abdul Fazal) jumped awkwardly outward and went on to ORGANIC GREY (K Narender Kumar) who went out on to BELLA MIA (Khet Singh).
Bella Mia	At the start, SPARTAN X (App Abdul Fazal) jumped awkwardly outward and went on to ORGANIC GREY (K Narender Kumar) who went out on to BELLA MIA (Khet Singh). Soon after the start, BELLA MIA (Khet Singh) shifted in for no apparent reason and caused interference to NICHE ORGANIC (App Ankit Pal). Jockey Khet Singh has been fined Rs.1000/.
Organic Grey	At the start, SPARTAN X (App Abdul Fazal) jumped awkwardly outward and went on to ORGANIC GREY (K Narender Kumar) who went out on to BELLA MIA (Khet Singh). Jockey K Narender Kumar (ORGANIC GREY) was questioned with regard to his riding. The Jockey stated that his instruction was to be in 5th or 6thposition. The Jockey was observed to have unnecessarily restrained his mount and dropped to last position and was content to be in that position till well into the straight and travelled wide in the middle stages of the race and rode out in the straight when it was too late. Not being satisfied with his explanation, he has been fined Rs. 5,000/ and severely cautioned for the future.
Niche Organic	Soon after the start, BELLA MIA (Khet Singh) shifted in for no apparent reason and caused interference to NICHE ORGANIC (App Ankit Pal). Jockey Khet Singh has been fined Rs.1000/.
Ashwa Jawala	At the start, ASHWA JAWALA (App Ishwar Singh) was slowly away and lost about two lengths. The saddle on ASHWA JAWALA (App Ishwar Singh) was observed to have slipped forward during the race, as such, Trainer Mohsin Khan has been fined Rs. 2000/. After the race, ASHWA JAWALA was found to be sound.

Simba	ZELBET (Irfan Khan) was ridden in check for some distance in the final 100 meters as SIMBA (K Narender Kumar) shifted inwards. Jockey K Narender Kumar has been cautioned.

Miss Lee

The Veterinary Officer reported that MISS LEE was examined on 3rd March 2021 at 11.30 a.m. and was found to be have saddle sore on the withers, as such, was unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. Trainer Mohsin Khan has been asked to obtain a certificate of fitness before accepting to race in a future trial or race.

Hare Ka Sahara	HARE KA SAHARA (K Narender Kumar) was withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order as the filly was fractious before being loaded.Trainer Ajay Sharma has been asked to give sufficient Gate practice before next accepting to race.
Green Satin	After the race, GREEN SATIN was found to be lame by her leftfore leg. Trainer VS Parmar has been asked to obtain a certificate of fitness before accepting to race in a future trial or race.
Turner	At the start, TURNER (Rajinder Saini) was slowly away.
