Eyes On The Prize

On being questioned regarding poor performance of EYES ON THE PRIZE in race no.193 Trainer Rajinder stated that he had instructed App. Jockey varun to sit 5/6 and do his best in the straight as she has always performed better when settled back in mid bunch but he went to the front and she fizzled out in the final 200 meters. The Owner was also unhappy with his riding. In this race I strictly told him to sit 5/6. App. Jockey Varun confirmed the instructions given and stated that in race no 193 she went to front on her own without his efforts and he didn’t want to pull her back to take desired position as it was an 1100 meters race. Their statement was noted.

Properly Posh

At the start, PROPERLY POSH (Angad) took a fly jump. Jockey Angad (PROPERLY POSH) was severely cautioned for shifting out negotiating the bend at 600 meters by tapping the horse from right side.

Master Van Dyck	In the paddock, MASTER VAN DYCK (Varun) was observed by the club’s Veterinary Officer to have a cracked shoe of right fore leg hence was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Commandpost	At the Start, COMMANDPOST (Anagd) took an awkward jump.
Sir Ramon	At the start, SIR RAMON (R Parvesh) lost about two lengths.

Oralie	The Veterinary officer of the club reported that ORALIE was examined on 5th Apr 2024 at 2:10 pm and was found to have painful swelling in left fore limb, as such was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer V S Parmar has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness before presenting hi charge for any future trial or race.
Attenborough	Veterinary examination of ATTENBOROUGH revealed no apparent abnormality.
Cletus	Trainer Imdad Ali Khan and jockey M B Qureshi were fined Rs 10000/ each for unsatisfactory running and riding of b.g CLETUS.
Warrior Thrive	Jockey K Sunny Kumar (WARRIOR THRIVE) reported loss of whip at about 250 meters. (1st incident)

At the start, ACCUMULATE (Varun) leaned back inside the gate and did not allow the Jockey to mount as such was withdrawn before coming under the Starter order. Trainer Rajinder has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before accepting next to race.

Master Bomber	The Veterinary officer of the club reported that MASTER BOMBER was examined on 5th Apr 2024 at 9:00 am and had 101’ temperature and was off feed, as such was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer S Ali Khan has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness before presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
World Is One	At the start, WORLD IS ONE (Ankit Pal) took an awkward jump.
