CapitoliumAfter being stalled, CAPITOLIUM (Neeraj Rawal, dr.4) played up and hooked both his fore in the adjoining stall and casted himself in an awkward position as such the colt was withdrawn under coming starters order. In the process MI ARION (S. Saqlain, dr.6) brushed the front gate and came out. Accordingly, all the horses were taken out and the gates were tested. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the colt to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
JamariPassing the 1300 metres, BIG RED racing on the haunches of JAMARI was hampered for room and shifted out thereby carrying MI ARION outwards.
Smiles Of FortuneAfter the race, Jockey Yash Narredu (SMILES OF FORTUNE) reported that his mount was very keen in the early part of the race and in his effort to settle he was inclined outwards.

Mckeown, KING LOUIS was examined in the stable area at 9:00 am on 2/02/2023 and at 9:30 am on 04/02/2023 and was found have soreness in left tendon, as such, the colt was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
