1	(113)	THE PREMIER COLLECTION PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 26	1000M

Easter Lily	After the race, EASTER LILY was sound having abrasion on the left fore and left hind fetlock.
War Major	Approaching 800 metres, WAR MAJOR (Nadeem Alam) was steadied while racing in close proximity to EASTERN LILY (App N. S. Parmar), shifted out and made contact with CLASSIC SPIRIT (C. S. Jodha). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated in the matter.
Salvador Dali(O)	At the start, SALVADOR DALI (D. S. Rathore, dr. 3) jumped out awkwardly and went on to ROYAL HUNTER (Imran Chisty).
Romp Home	At the start, ROMP HOME (H. G. Rathod) hung out and continued to do so till straightening for home. Subsequently, Jockey RATHOD also reported that his mount was drifting outwards during the race. On a request, Sr. V.O. reported that ROMP HOME was examined and found to have erupting wolf tooth on right side and a broken wolf tooth on the left side having bleeding around it. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been fined Rs.2000/ for failing to take remedial measures with the gelding in respect of the presence of the wolf tooth and the horse behaving improperly in the race.
In Flight	IN FLIGHT (Vikram Jodha) trailed the field.

Desert Dynamite	DESERT DYNAMITE (App. Shammi Khan) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Robert D’Mellow has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. DESERT DYNAMITE (App Shammi Khan) lugged in during the race. Trainer Robert D’Mellow has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
The First Lady	THE FIRST LADY had an abrasion on the right hind bulb of heel.
Itspiritofracing	At the start, ITSPIRITOFRACING (S. S. Baria) was tightened for room between BRAVE GUN (T.S Jodha) & CAN CAN (Neeraj Rawal). Trainer Anil Kumar and Jockey S. S. Baria were questioned regarding the running and riding of ITSPIRITOFRACING. The jockey stated that he was instructed be in 4th 5th position and do his best but the horse did not respond at all to his urgings. The Trainer opined that the horse may have possibly performed poorly as the gelding had raced in a short span of time i.e. within 6 days. The trainer also stated that there is a change of track from last time as today’s races were on Monsoon Track. It was put in to the trainer that the horse had ran 4th in Race No. 1 which was also on the Monsoon Track, therefore, the change of track could not have made such difference. The matter was reported to the Stewards.
Unstoppable(O)	Approaching 600 metres, BRAVE GUN (T. S. Jodha) was tightened for room while racing on the inside of THE FIRST LADY (S. Sunil) and while being steadied shifted out and hampered the running of BREZHNEV (Nadeem Alam), who in turn shifted out and inconvenienced to MANEGE (C. S. Jodha). After the race BRAVE GUN was sound, having abrasion on the left gaskin.

3	(115)	THE ACROBAT PLATE TERMS - 3 years old only	1200M

Finfoot	At the request of Trainer P Shroff, FINFOOT was examined at 1145 hours on 05/09/09 and was found to be sore by the left fore leg due to an injury on the frog. As such the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
Scenic Silver	Jockey Suraj Narredu (SCENIC SILVER) reported that his mount was uncomfortable in the final furlong and was lugging in and since the horse was not responding, he had eased up his mount. On a request the Sr. VO reported that no abnormality was detected.
River Gem	After the race RIVER GEM was sound but had abrasion on both the hind fetlocks and LYRICAL LASS had an abrasion on the right hind fetlock.

4	(116)	THE RADICAL FORCE TROPHY - DIV-II A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (4 years old only)	1200M

Highland Music	The Pacifiers on HIGHLAND MUSIC (TS Jodha) were observed to have become loose and flapped more so as the horse raced in the straight. HIGHLAND MUSIC had hung out in the straight and the Jockey was observed to have used his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. When questioned, the Jockey stated that at the Starting Gates and also after the start was given, he found the Pacifiers alright but near about 1000 meters the Pacifier became loose and possibly due to which the horse hung out in the straight as the horse could have been disturbed in its running and that he had to use the whip as a corrective measure. When questioned, Trainer HJ Antia stated that he had used the same equipment in races earlier and he did not have any problem. On examination, the equipment was found in serviceable condition. Since the horse was a favourite and the equipment may have effected the performance of HIGHLAND MUSIC, the matter was reported to the Stewards. Further, during the questioning, it came to the notice that the Jockey was instructed to be in 2/ 3 position however if he finds the horse keen, then he may hit the front. When asked for the reason for the Jockey not to have hit the front despite his mount being keen at that stage, the Jockey stated that he had made up his mind to be in 2/ 3 position. The Trainer opined that the Jockey should have allowed the horse to go to the front as the horse was keen, as such the matter was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed the Trainer and the Jockey and after having heard their submissions the Stewards decided to fine the Trainer a sum of Rs.2000/ for faulty application of the equipment and gave the Jockey benefit of doubt for his riding.
Daffodils	Jockey R Shelar (DAFFODILS) has been cautioned for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage.
Enlightenment	Passing 400 meters, ENLIGHTENMENT (Dashrath Singh) was tightened for room while racing on the inside of MYPETHONEY (CS Jodha).
Mypethoney	At the start, MYPETHONEY (CS Jodha) jumped out awkwardly towards the inside. Near 500 meters, MYPETHONEY (CS Jodha) and BELLIGERENT (Nirmal Jodha) were involved in a jostle with each other. Both the Jockeys have been asked to be more careful. After the race, MYPETHONEY had a bleeding injury on the left hock.

5	(117)	THE CONSEQUENCE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1600M

Saltoro	SALTORO (Neeraj Rawal) luggedin in the final stags of the race. The Jockey also reported that his reins had got entangled in the final stages.
Dancing Glory(O)	Trainer Dallas Todywalla was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge DANCING GLORY. The Trainer stated that he had asked Apprentice DS Rathore to hit the front or be well up since he was claiming 5 kg but when CARLOS took the running the App sat second. He added that the horse had lost its coat and he was not too happy with it. Also the horse has fetlock problem. He further stated that the horse seems to have lost form and would like to lay the horse off for some time. The explanation was noted.
Congrats	Jockey Suraj Narredu (CONGRATS) reported the loss of his whip near about 400 metres.

Talk Of The Town	Approaching 200 meters, TALK OF THE TOWN (M Narredu) shifted out to make room thereby forcing his passage and caused CHAMBERLAIN (Suraj Narredu) to shift out, and took the running of ONUS PROBANDI ( Nirmal Jodha), who itself had also shifted in. Due to shifting out of CHAMBERLAIN, ONUS PROBANDI clipped the hind heels of CHAMBERLAIN and stumbled. Jockey M Narredu has been reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding. The Stewards interviewed the Jockey and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him decided to suspend his Jockey’s License w.e.f. 20th September 2009 to 26th September 2009 (both days inclusive) for Careless Riding. (Permitted to ride work/ Mock race). Further, Jockey M Narredu informed that he did not want to Appeal against the decision and would like to commence the suspension of his License earlier as such his Jockey’s License will now be suspended w.e.f. 15th September 2009 to 20th September 2009 (both days inclusive). (Permitted to ride work/ Mock race). TALK OF THE TOWN (M Narredu) luggedin in the final furlong. Trainer Adil Dajee has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting with the gelding. After the race, TALK OF THE TOWN was found have an abrasion on the right hind fetlock.
Young Offender	Jockey SS Baria (YOUNG OFFENDER) has been fined Rs. 3000/ for travelling wide for no apparent reason and has been cautioned severely for the future rides.
Highland Warrior	At the Start, HIGHLAND WARRIOR (App Shammi Khan) made contact with ALASKA (App DS Rathore) and as the gelding regained balance shifted outwards jostled with RANBANKA (CS Jodha) and was even more unbalanced. App Shammi Khan has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. App Shammi Khan (HIGHLAND WARRIOR) finished the race without wearing his Goggles due to which the Apprentice could not do justice to his mount as such he has been fined Rs. 500/ for his lapse.
Silver Soul (O)	Near 1000 meters, CHAMBERLAIN (Suraj Narredu) shifted out and took the running of HIGHLAND WARRIOR (App Shammi Khan) who clipped the hind heels of CHAMBERLAIN and stumbled. Jockey Suraj Narredu has been reported to the Stewards for careless Riding. The Stewards interviewed the Jockey and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him decided to suspend his Jockey’s License w.e.f. 20th September 2009 to 26th September 2009 (both days inclusive) for Careless Riding. (Permitted to ride work/ Mock race).

7	(119)	THE SAKAL TIMES TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1000M

Blue Danube	After the race, BLUE DANUBE was found to have an abrasion on the inside of the left lower lip.
Hymns To Freedom	At the start, HYMNS TO FREEDOM (C. S. Jodha) jumped out awkwardly towards the outside. At the same time, PHOSPHOR (App D. S. Rathore) shifted in with the rider making no effort to control his mount and went on to SEA OF KISSES (Imran Chisty) who in turn went on to HYMNS TO FREEDOM (CS Jodha) who shifted in on to FLAMES OF FIRE (App Shammi Khan) and at the same time there was pressure from the inside horses. App DS Rathore has been reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding. Consideration of the matter was deferred to the next Meeting of the Stewards.
Flames Of Fire	At the start, FLAMES OF FIRE (App Shammi Khan) jumped out awkwardly.
Sea Of Kisses	SEA OF KISSES (Imran Chisty) hung in during the race, as such, Trainer CD Katrak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.

8	(120)	THE IDAR GOLD TROPHY (GR.3) TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	2400M

Nitrous	The saddle on NITROUS was observed to have shifted forward placing its Rider at a disadvantage as he could not do justice to his mount and the Jockey was unbalanced due to which he lost his stirrup iron and near 200 meters was dislodged. The Trainer argued that he had not unsaddled his charge and had waited for the Stipendiary Stewards to examine the saddle. And that the saddle had come back to its original place when seen in the Paddock, therefore he was not liable for any action against him. Since the Jockey was observed to have not ridden the horse due to the saddle slip the matter has been reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed the Trainer and viewed the video recording of the race wherein it could clearly be seen that the saddle had slipped forward and having heard the submissions made by him decided to fine him a sum of Rs.5000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.
Yana	YANA (YS Srinath) luggedin in the straight. Trainer Bezan Chenoy has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.
Personified	At the start, PERSONIFIED took a fly jump.

9	(121)	THE GLENSANDA PLATE -DIV-I A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 26	1400M

Step By Step	Near 400 meters, STEP BY STEP (S Sunil) who made his move on the inside of SEEN IT ALL (TS Jodha) along the rails and after putting in a few strides into the gap, STEP BY STEP was severely checked by its Rider and was held up for a few strides while racing on the inside on SEEN IT ALL (TS Jodha) who possibly changed course inwards due to RIVER TERN (Nadeem Alam) shifting in. Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.
River Tern	Jockey Nadeem Alam (RIVER TERN) reported loss of his whip near 300 metres.
Lothario	At the start, LOTHARIO (HG Rathod) was unbalanced when the gelding came in touch with NOTABILITY (B Prakash) and in the process inconvenienced RESILIENCE (Nirmal Jodha).
