1 (178) THE AEROBICA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 19		 1000M
GanadorAfter the race, GANADOR was observed to have an abrasion on the right hind cannon.
Sudden ImpactAn objection was lodged by Jockey P.Belose, rider of SUDDEN IMPACT (placed 2nd) against Jockey Nirmal Jodha, rider of GANADOR (placed 1st). The reason being, at the four furlongs GANADOR brushed him twice and the 3rd time he came in at the bend and took his ground and forced him to go inside which cost him a certain race. The Stewards after viewing the replays, considering the explanations from the jockeys and in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, decided to overrule the objection. The Deposit was ordered to be forfeited.
Item BombAfter the race, ITEM BOMB and CHARGING RHINO were found to be sore by their left fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

2 (179) THE ZARVARI PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86		 1000M
MonopolyAfter the race, MONOPOLY was observed to have an abrasion on the right knee, SCHNELL had an abrasion on both the hind fetlocks and STAR GIRL had an abrasion on the right hind fetlock.
Schnell(O)SCHNELL (Akash Agarwal) lugged in during the race. Trainer H.J.Antia has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Star GirlApprentice N.S.Parmar (STAR GIRL) has been severely reprimanded for traveling wide while negotiating the bend and in the straight.

3 (180) THE JOHNNIE WALKER GREEN LABEL SALVER
TERMS - 3 year old maidens only		 1600M
TelstarSoon after the start, TELSTAR (K.P.G.Appu, dr.2) and HIGHLAND CROWN (P.Kamlesh, dr.3) leaned on to each other which resulted in TELSTAR (K.P.G.Appu) losing his position. Jockey K.P.G.Appu reported after the race that since he lost his position at the start he could not sit well up as instructed.
ImperioNear 1200 metres HANDSOME RETURNS (Samuel Fargeat) was inconvenienced and lost its position while racing on the inside of NAME FOR FAME (Y.S.Srinath).

4 (181) THE BEAUREGARD PLATE
TERMS - 3 years maidens only		 1000M
YamunaAt the request of Trainer Faisal A Abbas, YAMUNA was examined on 04/10/08 at 1800 hours and was found to have fever, as such the filly was certified unfit to race and hence was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
Golden Kingdom (O)Jockey Sunny Chinoy (GOLDEN KINGDOM) has been fined Rs.3000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount
Wind StormJockey H.G.Rathod (WIND STORM) has been fined Rs.2000/ for traveling wide throughout the race.
Easter LilyAfter the race EASTER LILY was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Noble DeedsNOBLE DEEDS (Satish Nayak) jumped out slowly, losing about 3 lengths at the start. Since the filly had behaved in a similar manner in her previous race, Tr.Narendra Lagad has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting with her to race.

5 (182) THE JOHNNIE WALKER GOLD LABEL FILLIES` AND MARES` STAKES (GRADE 3)
TERMS - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD (FILLIES & MARES)		 1800M
YanaAfter the race, YANA was observed to have an abrasion on the left hind bulb of heel and WORLD WAR THREE had lost its left hind plate.
GrueziWORLD WAR THREE (Nirmal Jodha) was placed fifth and NANJING (Aadesh Kumar) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.

6 (183) THE ASCOT LASS PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 26		 1600M
Rags To RichesThe Sr.V.O. reported that RAGS TO RICHES was examined after the race and found to be sound. The filly had a wolf tooth on the right side.
Sparrow HawkTrainer Robert D’Mellow have been fined Rs.1000/ each for not informing the use of the Rubber & Chifney bit on their charges SPARROW HAWK.
Supreme OratorAt the start, SUPREME ORATOR (C.S.Jodha) tried to drift outwards. Trainer Jayantilal K. Gor has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. Jayantilal K Gor have been fined Rs.1000/ each for not informing the use of the Rubber & Chifney bit on their chargesSUPREME ORATOR.
Strike It RichSTRIKE IT RICH (P.Belose) was sluggish, losing about a length at the start.

7 (184) THE ACE PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1400M
Lovely FeelingsAt the start, LOVELY FEELINGS (S.N.Chavan, dr.6) shifted out slightly and forced HONEYDAY (Hanumant Singh, dr.7) to shift out and at the same time RED CLOUD (Sunny Chinoy, dr.9) shifted in and went across FLO NIGHTINGALE (Lisa Jones, dr.8). Due to the above incident, HONEYDAY received interference and dropped back. Jockeys S.N.Chavan and Sunny Chinoy have been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over their mounts.
Firey FutureAfter the race, FIREY FUTURE were observed to have an abrasion on their right fore
Red CloudJockey Sunny Chinoy (RED CLOUD) reported that he found his mount uncomfortable during the race. The Sr. V.O. was asked to examine the filly for any abnormality. After the race RED CLOUD were observed to have an abrasion on their right fore
SaarahJockey Aadesh Kumar (SAARAH) has been cautioned for traveling wide while negotiating the bend.
