			1:00 P.M.

Adela	It was reported after the race that ADELA (Saqlain S) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
News Maker	Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of LIKE MY DADDY was reprimanded for shifting `in’ and inconveniencing NEWS MAKER (Y S Srinath), on his inside, passing the 1200 Metres.
Miss China	MISS CHINA (Angad) accidentally brushed the running rails passing the 1300 Metres.
Like My Daddy	Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of LIKE MY DADDY was reprimanded for shifting `in’ and inconveniencing NEWS MAKER (Y S Srinath), on his inside, passing the 1200 Metres. Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of LIKE MY DADDY, reported that he accidentally lost his whip approaching the 400 Metres.

			1:30 P.M.

Lucky Sun

Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge LUCKY SUN in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.36 i.e The Indradhanush Plate (About) 1100 Metres, for Horses rated 00 to 25 run on 15th September, 2022 when ridden by Jockey K Sai Kiran it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows: a) That his charge is an extremely shy filly; b) She jumped out awkwardly in her previous start as such the Jockey could not get the desired position which was to hit the front c) He removed the Cross Nose Band and Side Cheek Pieces on his charge and showed it in a Gate Practice and she showed lot of improvement in gates. His explanations were noted. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f LUCKY SUN.

Areca Angel

It was observed that ARECA ANGEL (Salman Khan) did not get a clear run between the 350 Metres and the 300 Metres, due to a closely packed field.

Perfect Justice

An objection was lodged by Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of PERFECT JUSTICE, placed Second by the Judge against Jockey Antony Raj S, the rider of STARS ABOVE placed First by the Judge for, “In the final 300 Metres the winner started drifting out and taking me out as well and in the last 50 Metres he cut across me sharply whereby I had to stop my mount momentarily which cost me the race”. b f PERFECT JUSTICE I

Stars Above

STARS ABOVE (S Antony Raj) drifted out alarmingly between the 400 Metres till passing the winning post. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Against All Odds	The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of ARCHWAY to the Stewards for Careless Riding on his mount in the above Race [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd. Rules of Racing], vide Charge Sheet No. 300 dated 7th October, 2022, in that, he came in very sharply and caused severe interference to STAR SPECK (Angad) on his inside, which had to be checked by its rider and shift out thereby causing severe interference to SUPREME ANGEL (Hindu Singh) and shifted in again whereby SULTAN SWORD (R Shiva Kumar) which was travelling behind the front runner, clipped the heels of STAR SPECK (Angad) and stumbled and dislodged its rider. As a result, FAIR WEATHER (Nazerul Alam) jumped over the prostrated horse, stumbled and dislodged its rider and thereafter AGAINST ALL ODDS (H Zeeshan) collided with the prostrated horses and fell dislodging its rider passing the 1000 Metres” of the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race of the day and examined Jockey Antony Raj S. After due enquiry and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to fine Jockey Antony Raj S, a sum of Rs.30,000/ (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), for Careless Riding on his mount ARCHWAY, in the above Race [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd. Rules of Racing] It was reported after the race that AGAINST ALL ODDS (H Zeeshan) which fell over during the race sustained facial injuries and profuse bleeding from both nostrils. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sultan Sword	The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of ARCHWAY to the Stewards for Careless Riding on his mount in the above Race [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd. Rules of Racing], vide Charge Sheet No. 300 dated 7th October, 2022, in that, he came in very sharply and caused severe interference to STAR SPECK (Angad) on his inside, which had to be checked by its rider and shift out thereby causing severe interference to SUPREME ANGEL (Hindu Singh) and shifted in again whereby SULTAN SWORD (R Shiva Kumar) which was travelling behind the front runner, clipped the heels of STAR SPECK (Angad) and stumbled and dislodged its rider. As a result, FAIR WEATHER (Nazerul Alam) jumped over the prostrated horse, stumbled and dislodged its rider and thereafter AGAINST ALL ODDS (H Zeeshan) collided with the prostrated horses and fell dislodging its rider passing the 1000 Metres” of the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race of the day and examined Jockey Antony Raj S. After due enquiry and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to fine Jockey Antony Raj S, a sum of Rs.30,000/ (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), for Careless Riding on his mount ARCHWAY, in the above Race [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd. Rules of Racing] It was reported that SULTAN SWORD (R Shiva Kumar) which fell over during the race was found to have pulled up lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Angel Dreams	ANGEL DREAMS (B Harish) was extremely fractious, dropped the rider and bolted anti clockwise on the way to the Starting Gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.
Archway	The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of ARCHWAY to the Stewards for Careless Riding on his mount in the above Race [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd. Impelling Power	IMPELLING POWER (P Kiran Rai) swerved left after jumping out of the Starting Gates and did not take any part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
Capable	It was observed that the saddle on CAPABLE (Saqlain S) shifted back after rounding the final bend. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling.
Ceffina	It was observed that saddle on CEFFINA (Shreyas Singh) shifted in front approaching the 1400 Metres. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was fined Rs.5,000/ for faulty saddling (2nd offence during the season).
Niche Cannabis	As Jockey Nazerul Alam, the declared rider of NICHE CANNABIS, was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the fourth race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ramesh S to substitute Jockey R Rayan Ahmed to ride NICHE CANNABIS, in place of the declared rider.

6	(89)	THE JUSTICE P.MEDAPA MEMORIAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 60-85 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			3:30 P.M.

Ieilani	As Jockey H Zeeshan, the declared rider of IEILANI was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the fourth race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to withdraw IEILANI from the above race.
Peyo	PEYO (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ and inconvenienced RISING SUN (Angad), on its inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Rising Sun	PEYO (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ and inconvenienced RISING SUN (Angad), on its inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Colonel Harty	COLONEL HARTY (B Harish) accidentally stumbled soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, whereby the rider got momentarily unbalanced from his mount.

Sucre	Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of SUCRE reported that he felt something wrong with his mount passing 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Real Show	As Jockey Nazerul Alam, the declared rider of FASSBINDER was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the fourth race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ramesh S to withdraw FASSBINDER from the above race.
Unimaginable	As Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the declared rider of UNIMAGINABLE was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the fourth race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey B Harish to ride UNIMAGINABLE in place of the declared rider.
D Roman Reigns	D ROMAN REIGNS (H Rahul) reared up at the Starting Gates and jumped awkwardly `inwards`, thereby losing few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

9	(92)	THE HASTHINAPURA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1100M
			5:00 P.M.

Stone House	Trainer Mr. Surender G T was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for accepting and declaring his charge STONE HOUSE (A Ayaz Khan) in an unfit condition (Observed to be having greenish mucoid nasal discharge, which was suggestive of respiratory infection). Subsequently STONE HOUSE (A Ayaz Khan) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
D Karna	Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of D KARNA was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in sharply before passing the Red Marker Post. It was reported after the race that D KARNA (Saqlain S) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Deimus	Jockey Afsar Khan replaced the indisposed Jockey R Shiva Kumar on DEIMUS.
