Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

PRINCE NORBERT (V.R. Jagadeesh) shifted in at the start and bumped SANDALWOOD STAR (Afsar Khan) and further went on to ISINBAYEVA (M.J. Gautam Raj Urs). Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of PRINCE NORBERT, reported that his mount was hanging in, in the last 200 Metres. Trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of PRINCE NORBERT, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd Infringement)

PRETTY N FAST (Imran Chisty) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Chesterford Touch	CHESTERFORD TOUCH (Shobhan Babu) jumped awkwardly inwards inspite of the Jockey`s best effort and bumped MERCUTIO (Wayne Smith) which in turn shifted in and bumped OUR CRUISE (Afsar Khan) soon after the start.
Way To Fantasy	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to substitute Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs to ride WAY TO FANTASY in place of the declared rider. Jockey M.J. Super Spear	Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SUPER SPEAR, reported that his saddle shifted back in the last 150 Metres. Trainer Mr. Lokanath (deputizing on behalf of trainer Mr.V.Narayan Gowda) was fined Rs.2,000/ for faulty saddling.
Event Horizon	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Puttanna to substitute Jockey M.J. Gautam Raj Urs to ride EVENT HORIZON in place of the declared rider.

The horse was subjected to veterinary examination and the Veterinary Officer reported that no abnormalties. Trainer Mr. S. Dominic (deputizing on behalf of trainer Mr. S. Britto) was informed to ensure better performance of his charges in future.
