Al JawaadAL JAWAAD (Vivek) was extremely fractious while saddling and could not be saddled. Under the circumstances, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw it from the above race.
Winter StormJockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of SURPRISE PACKAGE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to WINTER STORM (P Kiran Rai) on his inside along the rails passing the 350 Metres.

D Thirteen TwelveIt was observed that D THIRTEEN TWELVE (S John) completely stopped galloping in the final 200 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for Veterinary examination and on examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was reported to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Shooting VenusPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to withdraw SHOOTING VENUS (Arshad Alam) on Veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to injury and inflammation. He was informed that he
JaguarJockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of JAGUAR reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for Veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

UdukaiUDUKAI (Saqlain S) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Gate Jump on a Starting Gate practice day. It was reported after the race that UDUKAI (Saqlain S) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Star JewelSTAR JEWEL (Arshad Alam) jumped out awkwardly, swerved right, did not raise a fluent gallop and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ramesh S was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track. Trainer Mr. Ramesh S was charged a condonation fee of Rs.10,000/ for the usage of mobile phone in the saddling enclosure (Restricted area) during the saddling of his charge STAR JEWEL (Arshad Alam) in the above race.
GunduzGUNDUZ (A Ayaz Khan) sustained gum injury.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of GOLDEN GUEST reported that his saddle shifted back soon after the start. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji) was fined Rs.3,000/ for this lapse.

He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Power Of KantaraIt was observed that Jockey Salman Khan, he rider of SOUND OF CANNON’S had to check his mount to avoid clipping the heels of the front runner NOTORIETY (Angad) and shift out thereby inconveniencing POWER OF KANTARA (Y S Srinath) on his outside approaching the 500 Metres. He was severely cautioned to exercise sufficient control over his mount in the future.
