1	(98)	THE SUPER BRAVE TROPHY (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 26 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			1.45 P.M.

Chopasni	CHOPASNI (Ranjeet Singh) luggedin in the straight and in the final stages tightened JOLTEON (J.Chinoy). Trainer Magansingh P Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare. After the race, CHOPASNI was found to have a wolf tooth on both the sides of her mouth and NARA lower gum injury.
Jolteon	An Objection was lodged by Jockey J. Chinoy, rider of JOLTEON, placed 4th against CHOPASNI (Ranjeet Singh), Deadheated for 2nd Place. The reason being that at about 150 metres CHOPASNI came on to him and took his running and he had to stop riding and switch his horse onto outside.
Nara	At the start, NARA (Hanumant Singh) stumbled on its own and lost ground

Wells Fargo	An enquiry into the running of WELLS FARGO (Neeraj Rawal) was not initiated as the horse was traveling 400 meters more than previous occasion and the horse has been on Board in all the three previous times. In this race, the horse was in front since the pace of the race was slow as compared to the pace in the earlier occasion.
Adjustment (O)	Near 1100 meters, ADJUSTMENT (T Atul) shifted in and inconvenienced CHARLIE PARKER (J Pradeep). Jockey T Atul has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Charlie Parker	After the race, CHARLIE PARKER was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Clubs VO before next accepting to race.
Gengis Khan	At the start, GENGIS KHAN (AM Tograllu, dr. 7) tried to veer to the outside and in the process forced ADJUSTMENT (T Atul, dr.8) to travel wide. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. After the race GENGIS KHAN was found to be going short by the left fore and GOLDEN ORRA was found to be going short by the right fore leg. Both the horses have been stopped from racing until passed fit by the Clubs VO before next accepting to race.

3	(100)	THE G. ESSAJI TROPHY (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1600M
			2.45 P.M.

Telstar	Jockey NG McCullagh (TELSTAR) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Onus Probandi	At the start, ONUS PROBANDI (Sunny Chinoy) was observed to shift in and hamper the running of MYSTERIOUS HEIGHTS (C.S.Jodha). On questioning, Jockey Sunny Chinoy stated that he was asked to sit 3rd / 4th and in the process of settling the filly, she threw her head up and shifted in. he further stated that previous the filly had been racing in front position but this time she was to be tried from midfield position. Since the incident was accidental no action has been initiated against the jockey.
Diplomatic Licence	DIPLOMATIC LICENCE (S.S.Baria) was slowly out, losing about a length at the start.

			3.15 P.M.

Forbes List

In the process of being stalled, FORBES LIST (M.Narredu) brushed the entrance of the stall. The gelding was examined by the Clubs Sr. VO and certified fit to race. Soon after the start FORBES LIST (M.Narredu) shifted in gradually and near 1000 metres hampered the running of INSITE SOUL (Daniel M.Grant) who was racing along the rails. Jockey M. Narredu has been fined Rs.3000/ for failing to exercise sufficient control over his mount.

Star Attraction

The saddle on STAR ATTRACTION (Suraj Narredu) was observed to have slipped back during the race, as such, Trainer Mansoor Shah has been fined Rs.2000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.

5	(102)	THE ALLAH RAKHKHA GOLD TROPHY TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1200M
			3.45 P.M.

Jade (O)

JADE (Y.S.Srinath) took a fly jump and thereafter did not raise an effective gallop. Tr.C.D.Katrak has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and to show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

6	(103)	THE P.D. BOLTON TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1200M
			4.15 P.M.

Spirituall	At the start, SPIRITUALL (NG McCullagh) shifted out and caused ZARZAITINE (Imran Chisty) to shift out and as a result was tightened on to AMBEROGIO (S.N. Chavan) who shifted out and went on to CARLOS (CS Jodha) who was also tightened when GENERALISSIMO (Sunny Chinoy) jumped out awkwardly and shifted in. Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.
Pillatus	After traveling some distance from the start, PILLATUS (R Hughes) shifted in and jostled with GENERALISSIMO (Sunny Chinoy) who in turn passed it on to CARLOS (CS Jodha) who went in on to STAR OWAR (P Kamlesh) and in the process GENERALISSIMO (Sunny Chinoy) lost ground. The matter was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed Jockey R Hughes and having viewed the video recording of the race, were not satisfied with the explanation tendered by him. However, considering that Jockey R. Hughes had admitted his mistake and apologized for the same, the Stewards took a lenient view and decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/ for the above interference. After the race, PILLATUS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Clubs VO before next accepting to race.
Spitz	SPITZ (Samuel Fargeat) was reluctant to be stalled. Tr.Zadmal Singh has been asked to give the colt more gate practice and to show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. At the start, SPITZ (Samuel Fargeat) shifted out and took the running of STAR OWAR (P Kamlesh) who was checked. Since the incident was accidental no action has been initiated against anyone.

7	(104)	THE JOHNNIE WALKER GOLD LABEL INDIAN 2000 GUINEAS (GR.1) TERMS - 4 years old only	1600M
			4.45 P.M.

Dancing Dynamite	After the race, DANCING DYNAMITE was observed to have an abrasion on the right stifle.
Fleeting Arrow	Near 800 meters, FLEETING ARROW (Suraj Narredu) lost position when RED ROMEO (Daniel M Grant) shifted in. Jockey Daniel M Grant has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Antonios	ANTINIOS (P.Kamlesh) was placed fifth and PHENOMENALE (M.Narredu) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.
Star Presentation	STAR PRESENTATION (B Prakash) was inclined to lugout in the straight. Trainer S Ganapathy has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. Jockey B Prakash (STAR PRESENTATION) reported loss of whip in the final furlong. Since the horse was out of contention and this being the first instance of the Jockey losing his whip, he has been reminded of the notice with regard to Loss of Whip.
Southern Summit	After the race, SOUTHERN SUMMIT was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Clubs VO before next accepting to race. Also, SOTHERN SUMMIT was found to have an abrasion on the left hock & cannon.

Ecstatica

Soon after entering the straight, ECSTATICA (F.Norton) shifted out and at the same time YOUNG OFFENDER (Daniel M Grant) shifted inwards to take the gap in front and jostled with each other. Both the Jockeys, F Norton and Daniel M grant, have been asked to be more careful. ECSTATICA (F Norton) was inclined to lugin in the straight. Tr. Imtiaz A.Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly. An enquiry into the running and riding of ECSTATICA (F Norton) was not initiated as the running pattern of the filly was similar to previous time in Race no 29 where she won the race. In this race the pace was slow in the early part. In the straight, the filly was ridden from the inside with the Jockey continuously riding out.

Hisham

At the start, HISHAM (App Ishwar Pardeshi) lugged out due to which LA JOIE DE VIE (S.A. De Sousa) shifted out forcing GYPSY QUEEN (S.P. Ranjane) to shift out, who in turn went across ECSTATICA (F. Norton) who was also inconvenienced when YOUNG OFFENDER (Daniel M Grant) shifted inwards. The incident was accidental, as such no action was initiated against any jockey.

Star Impact(O)	STAR IMPACT (Y.S.Srinath) played up in the stall. The gelding was unloaded and examined by the Clubs Sr.V.O. who certified him fit to race.
Princess Ruby	Jockey Nirmal Jodha (PRINCESS RUBY) has been reprimanded for traveling wide in the straight.
Pretty Commission	Near 800 meters, PRETTY COMMISSION (Daniel M Grant) shifted in and took the running of HEIFITZ (C.S.Jodha) causing the gelding to be checked by its Rider. Jockey Daniel M Grant has been fined Rs.3000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

10	(107)	THE SIMPLY NOBLE TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 19	1000M
			6.15 P.M.

Ashwa Prahar	On arrival at the Gates, SARJERAO was examined by the Clubs Sr. VO at the request of the Jockey and was found to have stiffness of the hindquarters; as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starters Order.
Bold Act (O)	At the request of Trainer Robert DMellow, BOLD ACT was examined at 1300 hours on 07/03/2009 and was found to have colic and required treatment, as such the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
Sea Sprite	SECRET AGENDA (SN Chavan) luggedin in the straight. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. The Sr. VO reported that SECRET AGENDA was examined after the race and found to be sound. The filly had wolf tooth on both the sides of her mouth.
Love Forty	LOVE FORTY (C.S.Jodha) was slow in the stride, losing about 2 lengths at the start.
Charging Rhino	After the race CHARGING RHINO was found to be sore by the left fore. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Clubs VO before next accepting to race.
