Regal KidREGAL KID (S.A.Amit) was found to have an injury on Right hind fetlock and was therefore permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the starter`s orders. Trainer P.Krishna was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
Icy RiverICY RIVER (C Umesh) fly jumped at the start. Jockey C Umesh, the rider of ICY RIVER was fined a sum of Rs.5000/ for dropping his hands before passing the post thereby losing a position and finishing fifth(by a nose verdict).He was severely cautioned for the future.
HaranHARAN (P K Gaddam) jumped awkwardly and threw its head at the start losing about 2 lengths.

2 (40) THE NILGIRIS POLICE CUP (DIV-II)
TERMS - 3 year old maidens only		 1300M

Fast PlayFAST PLAY (S.A.Amit) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds as the colt was suffering from pyrexia (fever) .Trainer P.Krishna was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
Hugo DonIGNITION (G Manikandan) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds as the horse was trotting lame on Right fore due to sore shin. Trainer Saddam Iqbal was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
RubertRUBERT (P.Sai Kumar) shied away and drifted out in the final stages of the race under use of the whip. Jockey P.Sai Kumar, was severely cautioned with respect to use of whip. The Club`s Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the colt reported after the race that no abnormalities were found.
Saint EmilionSAINT EMILION (Surya Prakash) was slow to start losing about 2 to 3 lengths. Further Jockey Surya Prakash the rider of SAINT EMILION was severely cautioned for not making sufficient efforts to prevent his mount from shifting out entering the straight forcing out ZANETA (Md Farhan Alam).
ZanetaZANETA (Md Farhan Alam) jumped awkwardly and was slow to start losing about 3 lengths. SAINT EMILION (Surya Prakash) was slow to start losing about 2 to 3 lengths. Further Jockey Surya Prakash the rider of SAINT EMILION was severely cautioned for not making sufficient efforts to prevent his mount from shifting out entering the straight forcing out ZANETA (Md Farhan Alam).
Magical WaveThe Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that, MAGICAL WAVE (Santosh G) had sustained superficial injury on the left fore knee during the race.
Rule Of EmperorsRULE OF EMPERORS (Kuldeep Singh) threw its head at the start and thereafter dropped back from the 400 metres and stopped galloping entering the straight. The Club`s Veterinary Officer reported after the race that the colt was found to have laryngeal abnormality.

3 (41) THE NILGIRIS POLICE CUP (DIV-I)

Chaposa SpringsCHAPOSA SPRINGS (S.A.Amit) lost right fore footing, stumbled and collapsed dislodging the rider at the final 100 metres, the filly was revived immediately after veterinary intervention. Veterinary ban has been imposed on CHAPOSA SPRINGS. Trainer P.Krishna was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
NightjarNIGHTJAR (Kuldeep Singh) was hanging out while negotiating the 800 metre bend, despite Jockey`s efforts and further drifted out entering the straight despite efforts. The Club`s Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the filly reported that no abnormalities were found. Trainer R.Foley was informed to take remedial measures.
Wood ArtJockey Ramandeep Singh, the rider of WOOD ART was fined a sum of Rs.5000/ for use of unserviceable saddlery and was asked to reappear before the Clark of the Scales to weigh out.

4 (42) THE WANDERING ANGEL HANDICAP
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45		 2000M

Royal TreasureROYAL TREASURE (Ashhad Asbar) jumped awkwardly outwards at the start.
KikataKIKATA (P.Sai Kumar) jumped awkwardly at the start.
Radiant JoyPermission was granted to Trainer P.Krishna to declare Jockey Md Farhan Alam, to ride RADIANT JOY in place of jockey S.A.Amit who was indisposed after his fall in the previous race. RADIANT JOY (Md Farhan Alam) could not be settled in the early stages of the race and thereafter ran detached. The Club`s Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the colt reported that no abnormalities were found. Trainer P.Krishna was informed to ensure his charge was capable of running with the field before next accepting with it.

5 (43) THE STARRY EYES HANDICAP
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1600M

Lucky BoyLUCKY BOY was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds as the horse was trotting on left fore due to sprained fetlock. Trainer Vishesh M.P. was informed not to accept with his charge until its certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary officer before next accepting with it.
GrandioseAn Objection was lodged by Jockey P.Sai Kumar, the rider of STAR SYMBOL placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Ashhad Asbar, the rider of GRANDIOSE placed 1st by the Judge for `In the last 50 metres,the winner forced me out onto the sand track,which cost me a certain race.The Stewards interviewed both the jockeys` and after viewing the CCTV replay of the race several times decided to overrule the objection and the Judge`s placings remain unaltered.

6 (44) THE EMERALD VALLEY HANDICAP
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1200M

YaadeinYAADEIN (P.S.Kaviraj) dropped back passing the 400 metres, thereafter stopped galloping passing the 200 metres trotted for a few strides and then collapsed and died due to massive cardiac arrest when approaching the winning post .
Grey TwilightPermission was granted to Trainer P.Krishna to deputise for GREY TWILIGHT (Ramandeep Singh) on behalf of Trainer N. Govindarajan at both trainer`s risk and liability.
Fabulous ShowJockey Gaurav Singh, the rider of FABULOUS SHOW was fined a sum of Rs.2000/ for shifting out when trying to make his move passing the 300 metres forcing out OBERON (M.S.Deora) who had to stop riding momentarily.
