Ashwa ZorawarTrainer S Ali Khan was fined Rs.2,000/ for bringing his charge ASHWA ZORAWAR in the paddock with basket bit for which no prior permission was obtained, subsequently the equipment was removed. App Jockey Faizan Khan (ASHWA ZORAWAR) reported that he felt that his mount was unsound as the gelding stumbled approaching 600 meters and thereafter drifted out in the straight therefore, he could not do justice to his mount. After the race Club’s veterinary officer observed that ASHWA ZORAWAR was showing sign of shock and abnormal breathing pattern was also noted.
NashvegasAfter the race, NASHVEGAS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not fit to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks. Trainer V S Parmar has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
MarianaAfter the race, MARIANA was found to be lame by its right fore leg. Trainer S Nawab has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness before next accepting to race.
