Alex Rozario, the rider of RODNEY was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and tightening NAPOLEAN (Akshay Kumar), whereby Jockey Akshay Kumar (NAPOLEAN) had to steady his mount and shift out, inconveniencing GROUSE MOUNTAIN (D. Patel) passing the 900 Metres. GROUSE MOUNTAIN (D. Patel) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

ChiraagJockey Afsar, the rider of CHIRAAG was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to SACRED CREATOR (Faiz) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. CHIRAAG (Afsar) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (on endoscopy Grade III) and also bit sore on both oral commissures. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of CHIRAAG, trained by Mr. Faraz Arshad and ridden by Jockey Afsar in the above race. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from dk b g CHIRAAG.
Sacred CreatorJockey Afsar, the rider of CHIRAAG was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to SACRED CREATOR (Faiz) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Pavan, the rider of AMAZING LUCK in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control over his mount and shifted `in` and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; QUICK WITTED (S. Sachin), PERFECT HALO (Rajesh Kumar M) and SACRED CREATOR (Faiz) before passing the red marker post.
Master VictoryJockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MASTER VICTORY was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort on his mount in the final 150 Metres. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah informed the Stipendiary Stewards before the race that he had instructed Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MASTER VICTORY to ride from off the pace (which was noted). MASTER VICTORY (L. Alex Rozario) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Rajendra Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Pavan, the rider of AMAZING LUCK in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control over his mount and shifted `in` and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; QUICK WITTED (S. Sachin), PERFECT HALO (Rajesh Kumar M) and SACRED CREATOR (Faiz) before passing the red marker post. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Pavan for three (3) race days of Bangalore Winter Meeting 202425 i.e., 23/11/2024, 29/11/2024 & 30/11/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount AMAZING LUCK (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Iron KingJockey P. Trevor, the rider of IRON KING was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g IRON KING.
PericlesJockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of PERICLES reported that his mount raced fiercely between the 1100 Metres till about 800 Metres. Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi and Jockey Akshay Kumar were questioned regarding running and riding of PERICLES in the above race. The trainer stated that: The Jockey while corroborating the statements of the trainer stated that his mount totally stopped galloping in the final 150 Metres (Their explanations were noted for future reference).PERICLES was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (on endoscopy Grade IV) and also bit sore on right commissure. Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b c PERICLES.
She RulesJockey C.Umesh, the rider of SHE RULES reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.

Saqlain), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his inside viz; LAUTERBRUNNEN (Rajesh Kumar M) and MAZAL TOV (Akshay Kumar)”.

Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Ganesh Shingade, the rider of EXTRAORDINARY in the above race. In that “soon after the start he caused interference to INDIAN BLUES (Faiz) and again he shifted ‘in’ exercising no control over his mount approaching 1100 Metres, whereby he allowed his mount to shift ‘in’ and caused severe interference to PROPHECY (S. Saqlain), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his inside viz; LAUTERBRUNNEN (Rajesh Kumar M) and MAZAL TOV (Akshay Kumar)”.
