Imran Khan (ALEXANDER SQUARE) that his instruction were to position his mount a close 2nd or 3rd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort the gelding did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer D. Netto, Both Jockey A. Imran Khan and Trainer D. Netto’s explanations were noted for future reference.

Naughty Gal	Jockey P.A. Culhane (NAUGHTY GAL) fined Rs. 2,000/ for shifting out at about the 1000 metres causing interference to CROWN CRYSTAL (A. IMRAN KHAN).
Kings Cruise	Jockeys S. Sreekant (KINGS CRUISE), and N. Ravinder Singh (DIVINE GANGES) cautioned to be more vigorous in their efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
Winning Strides	WINNING STRIDES (APP. P. SAI KUMAR), ONTI ONTI ONTI (APP. G. SAI VAMSHI) and CONFIDENTIAL (J.H. CHRISTOPHER) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths each.

Dazzling Prince	The Stewards, however, suspended Jockey J.H. Christopher (DAZZLING PRINCE) from riding in races with effect from 19th September, 2012 upto & including 2nd October, 2012 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he made no efforts to prevent his mount from shifting in at about the 200 metres in the process causing severe interference to VIJAYS CHAMP (LAXMAN) and EMERALD REEF (SATISH NAYAK).
Vijays Champ	Explanation of Jockey Laxman (VIJAYS CHAMP) that his mount was tending to run out from about the 800 metres and inspite of his best efforts drifted out in the straight in the process forcing out DAZZLING PRINCE (J.H. CRHSITOPHER) at about the 300 metres, noted. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.An objection lodged by Jockey Laxman (VIJAYS CHAMP) placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey J.H. Christopher (DAZZLING PRINCE) the winner for “coming onto him sharply at about the 200 metres taking his ground and causing him to check’ was overruled by the Stewards, the Judges placings remaining unaltered.
Deccan Storm	Permission was granted to Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy to saddle DECCAN STORM (N. RAWAL) on behalf of Trainer S. Habeebullah at both Trainers risk and liability.Jockey N. Rawal (DECCAN STORM) cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course at about the 300 metres.

Ashok Chakra	ASHOK CHAKRA withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
My Star	Jockey J.H. Christopher (ANY GIVEN TIME) cautioned for maintaining an erratic course in the final 300 metres.
Ocean Side	Jockey Suraj Narredu (OCEAN SIDE) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. Trainer L.D’Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

Daniella	DANIELLA (DEEP SHANKER) planted as the start was effected losing over a distance. SSC revoked.
Brianna(O)	BRIANNA (APP. P. SAI KUMAR) refused to be stalled inspite of all efforts as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders. SSC revoked.
Molecule	GRAND CONNECTION (A. IMRAN KHAN) rushed out of the gates and ran the course riderless as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.
Drum Beat	Jockey P.S. Chouhan (DRUM BEAT) fined Rs. 2,000/ for shifting out in the final 100 metres causing interference to TWENTYFIVE PIPS (NITIN SINGH).
