Snow MountainAt the start, SNOW MOUNTAIN (C.Rajendra, dr.10) drifted out and carried PERSIAN (P.Trevor, dr.11) wider.
PersianJockey P.Trevor (PERSIAN) reported loss of his whip, near 200 metres.
TheologyNear 700 metres, THEOLOGY (Akshay) shifted in and hampered the running of JEN’S GLORY (T.S.Jodha). Further, THEOLOGY shifted in under the use of the whip in the straight, as such, Jockey Akshay has been fined Rs.3000/.After the race, THEOLOGY, PLAN B, REINSTATE, STAR BUILDER and NIGELLA were found to be sound. REINSTATE had a cut injury at the left hock and PLAN B had a gum injury.
Smart HunterSoon after the start, SMART HUNTER (P.Kamlesh) was hampered for a run and lost position.The Sr.V.O. reported that SMART HUNTER was examined at the stables in the evening and found to be sore by the right fore leg. Also, the gelding had a cut injury at the right hock. SMART HUNTER has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
ReinstateREINSTATE (Akash Agarwal) was fractious and restless in the stall. The mare was taken out and examined by the Club’s V.O. who certified her fit to race. Also, REINSTATE lost about 2 lengths at the start. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give the mare more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

2 (126) THE COL.KAIKHUSHROO MANECKJI BHARUCHA MEMORIAL TROPHY (DIV-II)

AliyanaAfter being stalled, ALIYANA (App.Tushar Nemane) started kicking violently and suffered injuries on the left hock. The mare was taken out of the gate and examined and found to have multiple bleeding injuries on and around the left hock. As such, ALIYANA was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s Order. The Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the horse from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Star Of ManhattanApproaching 600 metres, BATHSHEBA (App.Sandeep Jadhav) shifted out due to the bend and carried ZOE (J.Chinoy) outwards and EDGE OF GLORY (Malcolm Kharadi) may possibly have travelled wider at the bend due to ZOE shifting outwards.App.Sandeep Jadhav (BATHSHEBA) has been cautioned for failing to take up an advantageous position in the early part of the race.
StrategyAfter the race, STRATEGY was observed to have a cut injury at the right hind fetlock, EXPELLIARMUS had a cut injury at the left hind cannon and hock and ASAHI had a gum injury. ZOE, NATIONAL IKON, QUEEN’S CAMP and ASAHI were found to be sound.
ZoeZOE (J.Chinoy) tried to duck the gates and in the process its head gear slipped off, which was refitted. The filly was examined by the Club’s V.O. who certified her fit to race. HELEN (D.K.Ashish) was reluctant to be stalled. MAGDALENA (Akshay) planted and took no practical part in the race. Trainers Altaf Hussain, M.Narredu and Vinesh have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.Soon after the start, ZOE (J.Chinoy) was tightened for room due to a tightly packed field, who in turn inconvenienced VAILE ROUGE (A.M.Tograllu).

3 (127) THE JUVENTUS TROPHY (DIV-II)

MonzaJockey C.Rajendra (MONZA) has been fined Rs.2000/ for shifting in before the Red Marker.
Set AblazeNear 800 metres, SET ABLAZE (P.Trevor) shifted out as the gelding was being settled and went on to EMERALD FORTUNE (T.S.Jodha), who in turn carried NEGREDO (DA Naik) outwards.
FrancoisNear 300 metres, FRANCOIS (A.Sandesh) was steadied and ridden in check for a few strides while racing on the inside of HURRICANE WIND (A.M.Tograllu).
Emerald FortuneEMERALD FORTUNE (T.S.Jodha) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer S.S.Shah has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
RockingROCKING (A.Ashhad Asbar), FRANCOIS (A.Sandesh) and XALIESS (Dashrath Singh) were restless in the stall. Trainers H.J.Antia, Sanjay Kolse and S.Shaikh have been advised to take remedial measures with their respective charge before next accepting to race.
Strike AgainJockey Nirmal Jodha (SUZONIA) reported that his mount ran green during the race.After the race, SUZONIA and XALIESS were found to be sound.

CardinalJockey B.Prakash (CARDINAL), when questioned, stated that his mount did not gallop well in the race. He opined that may be, since the colt raced without cover from the early part of the race, it may have not suited the horse.After the race, CARDINAL was found to be sound.
RanthambhoreAt the start, RANTHAMBHORE (C.S.Jodha, dr.3) was hampered as RAJASTHAN ROYALS (Imran Chisty, dr.4) shifted inwards as the gelding was being settled. Jockey Imran Chisty has been cautioned.

Festival NightFESTIVAL NIGHT (App.Prasad) shifted in before the Red Marker and caused AFLAME (Ishwar Pardeshi) to shift in, who in turn went across ZIDAAN (App.Prabhu Naidu), who was steadied and in turn hampered the running of AMIKA (Imran Chisty). App.Prasad has been fined Rs.2000/.
Snow BallSNOW BALL (C.Rajendra) stumbled soon after the start.
Mon AmiMON AMI (A.Sandesh) lost about 2 lengths at the start. At the start, MON AMI (A.Sandesh) tried to drift to the outside. SACRED SOUL (M.A.Roushan) tried to drift out. Trainers Rehanullah Khan and Altaf Hussain have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race their respective charges.After the race, MON AMI was observed to have a cut injury at the left hind coronet. EYE OF THE STORM, ARMEL, AFLAME & HOLIDAY DANCER (examined on 10/9/2012) were found to be sound.
CrrispAt the start, CRRISP (Abhishek Habbu, dr.14) jumped awkwardly inwards and made contact with ROYAL HONOUR (Shammi Khan, dr.13).
ZidaanSoon after the start, ZIDAAN (App.Prabhu Naidu) slowed down in trying to follow the instructions, whereby AMIKA (Imran Chisty) who was racing behind the former at that stage was checked, due to which GOLDEN SPURS (J.Chinoy) who was following, received interference and was forced to shift out. Travelling some distance from the start, ZIDAAN (App.Prabhu Naidu) stumbled.
Holiday DancerHOLIDAY DANCER (Akshay) luggedin in the final stages of the race. Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Sacred SoulSACRED SOUL (M.A.Roushan) stood awkwardly, leaning on to the rear gates. Trainer Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare.

MesmericAfter the race, MESMERIC was observed to have a cut injury at the right hind fetlock and MAGIC MELODY had a bruise at the right hind coronet. ALECTO and ASTROMIA were found to be sound.
AstromiaAt the start, ASTROMIA (D.K.Ashish, dr.9) jumped awkwardly inwards and went on to ANCIENT ODYESSY (F.Irani, dr.8), who went on to ICE COOL (S.Zervan, dr.7), who in turn jostled with SUNSHINE HEART (P.Trevor, dr.6).
Something NewAt the start, SOMETHING NEW (J.Chinoy, dr.4) jumped awkwardly outwards and went on to QUEEN (V.Chandrakant, dr.5).

Tell Me MoreAfter all the horses were stalled, TELL ME MORE (Shrikant Kamble) got keen and prematurely charged the gates which opened and the gelding came out. Since the Jockey was injured and unable to ride, TELL ME MORE was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Order. Meanwhile, the other horses were taken out due to the delay and subsequently restalled. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Monte CarloAt the start, GLOWING STAR (S.Sunil) jumped awkwardly outwards and went on to SONEEYO (Akshay), who in turn went on to TALK OF THE TOWN (P.Kamlesh), who was steadied.
SoneeyoApproaching 800 metres, SONEEYO (Akshay) shifted in, due to which DEFINING MOMENT (A.Sandesh) was forced to shift out in order to avoid clipping the former and in doing so, caused TALK OF THE TOWN (P.Kamlesh) to shift out who was awkwardly placed behind the heels of DISTANT PROMISE (Vikram Jodha) and was checked. Jockey Akshay has been fined Rs.1000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Distant PromiseAfter the race, DISTANT PROMISE was found to be sound, but having a cut injury at the right hock. TALK OF THE TOWN and ZAKYNTHOS were found to be sound.
