Aherne	An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of AHERNE, trained by Mr. Imtiaz Khan and ridden by Jockey Darshan R.N in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.97 i.e., The Invasor Plate (about) 1100 Metres, Maiden horses 3 years old only, run on 18th December, 2021 where it ran unplaced.
Capri Girl	Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of RAVEN ROCK was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to CAPRI GIRL (D`nuSingh Deora) on his inside passing the 700 Metres.
Dallas Drifter	Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of RAVEN ROCK was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to CAPRI GIRL (D`nuSingh Deora) on his inside passing the 700 Metres.
Foveal Vision	Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of FOVEAL VISION was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making any effort to improve his position between the 1000 Metres till about the 400 Metres.
Super Kind	SUPER KIND (M. Mark) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TWIN FLAME (Rajesh Kumar M) soon after the start. It was observed that Jockey M. Mark, the rider of SUPER KIND had to steady his mount approaching 1000 Metres due to the crowding of the field. Jockey M. Mark, the rider of SUPER KIND was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Twin Flame	SUPER KIND (M. Mark) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TWIN FLAME (Rajesh Kumar M) soon after the start.

Aceros	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah to withdraw ACEROS (D`nuSingh Deora) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from fever. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Starry Wind	Jockey Md.Akram, the rider of STARRY WIND reported that his mount was not galloping fluently at the start and was hanging `in` after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of STARRY WIND, Trained by Mr. Mahmood Khan and ridden by Jockey Md.Akram in the above race.
Alberetta	It was observed that ALBERETTA (L. Alex Rozario) could not get a clear run between the 350 Metres and 300 Metres due to the crowding of the field.

Amazonia	Trainer Mr. Vijay Singh was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for not declaring his charge AMAZONIA to start after having accepted with it to run in the above race.
Pecanwood	It was reported after the race that PECANWOOD (Suraj Narredu) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Arjun Mangalorkar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Revolution	As Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. P. Shroff to substitute Jockey Akshay Kumar to ride REVOLUTION in place of the declared rider.

SECRET SOURCE (S. Hussain) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st infringement).
