Naturally Epic

NATURALLY EPIC dropped back from about the 300 metres and refused to raise a gallop thereafter. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly and submit his report. On veterinary examination/endoscopy, the filly was found to be sound. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.

Global Influence	Jockey Yash Narredu (GLOBAL INFLUENCE, drawn 5) was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for coming in sharply soon after the start tightening the horses on his inside, the chief sufferer being TOUSSAINT (Neeraj Rawal, drawn 2).
All Time Legend	ALL TIME LEGEND reared up as the start was effected.
Toussaint	Jockey Yash Narredu (GLOBAL INFLUENCE, drawn 5) was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for coming in sharply soon after the start tightening the horses on his inside, the chief sufferer being TOUSSAINT (Neeraj Rawal, drawn 2).
Mandela	MANDELA was difficult to load.

Bibury	BIBURY which was difficult to load, was slow to begin losing approximate 2 – 3 lengths at the start. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.
Macchiato	MACCHIATO missed the jump.

4	(20)	THE ANDRADA HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 21 TO 46	1100M
			5:00 PM

Impermanence	IMPERMANENCE was extremely fractious, refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts and reared up and charged at the gates in the process. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.
Bundle Of Charm	An objection was lodged by Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of TRES BIEN placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan, the rider of BUNDLE OF CHARM placed 2nd on the grounds of “kept coming out into the straight and at the last 100 metres he violently drifted out for which I had to check my horse which cost me a third place”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Neeraj Rawal and Sujit Kr Paswan, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards, decided to overrule the objection and let the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan (BUNDLE OF CHARM) was advised to make better efforts on his mounts to maintain a straight course in future.

Xtravagant Star	As Jockey Yash Narredu was declared medically unfit to ride after the 5th race, Tr. Rutherford Alford was permitted to substitute Jockey RS Bhati to ride his mount XTRAVAGANT STAR. Jockey R Vaibhav (SEA SALT CARAMEL) reported that he was inconvenienced passing the 900 metres when XTRAVAGANT STAR shifted out.
Regency Gold	REGENCY GOLD was difficult to load.
