Ebony Princess	EBONY PRINCES was fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starters Orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of EBONY PRINCESS has been revoked by the Starter.
Eternal Instinct	ETERNAL INSTINCT (Kishore Kadam) was slow to begin.
Nine Tenors	NINE TENORS (Md. Islam) jumped awkwardly from its stall.The Veterinary Officer reported that NINE TENORS returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Royal Dance	ROYAL DANCE jumped awkwardly from the gates.
Autocrat	b g AUTOCRAT (Mohit Singh) which was momentarily inconvenienced by GLYNNEATH (Vinay Jaiswal) soon after the start was observed to be travelling wide from the 600 metre marker onward. Tr. C Gleich was advised to take adequate corrective measures before accepting with the gelding again..Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of AUTOCRAT, reported loss of whip approachaing the 400 metres.

Catchphrase	CATCHPHRASE (P Trevor) and MONREALE (David Allan) were fractious while being stalled.
Secret Visit	b m SECRET VISIT (C. Alford) finished off the race detached from the field. Trainer Manvendra Singh was advised to get the mare examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any.
Aamar Kaku	AAMAR KAKU (S. Domingo) planted, took no practical part in the race and thereafter returned lame on right fore to the unsaddling enclosure. Tr. Javed Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.

Silver Silver	In the concluding stages of the race, Jockey Shezad Khan (SILVER SILVER) reported that he momentarily dropped his reins
Grand Design	GRAND DESIGN (N S Parmar) was slow to begin.
Snow Ball	SNOW BALL (Surjeet Singh) was fractious in its stall.
Hurricane Star	The surcingle used on HURRICANE STAR was replaced at the start.Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of b c HURRICANE STAR, reported that in the final 400 metres of the race his mount did not respond to his urgings and he was of the opinion that all was not well with the colt. The colt was impouned for Veterinary examination and on examination no ailment ws noticed. Tr Bharath Singh was informed to keep his chaege under observation and report ailment, if any.

			2:30 P.M.

Hamdani	HAMDANI (N S Parmar) was fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn. The Starting Stall Certificate of HAMDANI has been revoked by the Strter.
Adabella	ADABELLA (C Alford) was fractious while being stalled.
In The Twilight	Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of IN THE TWLIGHT, momentarily lost his left stirrup iron approaching the 700 metres mark.

7	(137)	THE EVEREADY CALCUTTA DERBY STAKES (2012-2013) (GR.1) TERMS - 4 years old only	2400M
			3:05 P.M.

Malpensa	Approaching the 300 metre marker MALPENSA (A Sandesh) making progress on the outside was bumped by HAMLET (J.P. O’Brien) which shifted “outwards” when placed under pressure. At a subsequent enquiry, Jockey J P O’Brien was cautioned to exrcise greater control over his mounts.
Franenstein	Passing the distance post FRANENSTEIN (Imran Chisty) was observed to be racing under distress and collapsed passing the winning post having suffered a cardiac arrest.

8	(138)	THE HYDERABAD RACE CLUB CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 80 & ABOVE	1100M
			3:40 P.M.

Arbroath

b g ARBROATH (A Sandesh) which jumped awkwardly from its stall was inclined to “hang” out throughout the race. Trainer Bharath Singh was advised to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with the gelding again.
