An Enquiry was opened into the running and riding of EMPIRE OF DREAMS trained by Suraj Prasad Shaw. Having considered the Submissions by the Trainer and also the past performance of Horse `EMPIRE OF DREAMS` the explanation tendered by Trainer was accepted and was asked to be more judicious in his future running of his Charges. After hearing Jockey M S Deora`s submission tendered by him the explanation was noted. However, considering all facts and findings Jockey M S Deora was fined Rs 10,000/ for injudicious riding on his mount `EMPIRE OF DREAMS`. Trainer Ajith Kumar V was called and questioned regarding the poor perfomance of QUEEN ANULA (K V Baskar).The Trainer`s explanation was the fast pace of the race which he felt did not suit her style of running.
