August	Jockey S. John, the rider of AUGUST was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Crown Witness	CROWN WITNESS (Kiran Naidu) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Cat Whiskers	Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of GOLDEN PEAKS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to AMAZING ATTRACTION (Yash Narredu), which in turn passed it onto CAT WHISKERS (Vishal N Bunde) on his outside rounding the final bend.
Amazing Attraction	Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of GOLDEN PEAKS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to AMAZING ATTRACTION (Yash Narredu), which in turn passed it onto CAT WHISKERS (Vishal N Bunde) on his outside rounding the final bend.
Ultimate Ruler	ULTIMATE RULER (Arul J.H) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S. Dominic was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Planet Royale	PLANET ROYALE (Akshay Kumar) planted and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Sreekanth was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.
Aralina	Jockey S. John, the rider of ARALINA was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and tightening SOCIABLE (Inayat), which in turn passed it onto BREEZE BLUSTER (Vinod Shinde) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of BREEZE BLUSTER was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and taking out SOCIABLE (Inayat), which in turn passed it onto ARALINA (S. John) approaching 1000 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ARALINA, trained by Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar and ridden by Jockey S. John in the above race.
Golden Starlet	GOLDEN STARLET (Rajesh Kumar M) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of GOLDEN STARLET reported that his mount was not galloping fluently after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
D Minchu	Jockey S. John, the rider of ARALINA was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and tightening SOCIABLE (Inayat), which in turn passed it onto BREEZE BLUSTER (Vinod Shinde) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. Jockey Inayat, the rider of SOCIABLE was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing BREEZE BLUSTER (Vinod Shinde) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. Aldila	DECACORN (N. S. Parmar) jumped awkwardly outwards onto ALDIVA (Antony Raj S.) and ART GALLERY (Arul J.H) soon after the start. Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of ALDIVA was fined Rs.5,000/ for the improper use of whip on his mount during the race. It was reported after the race that ALDIVA (Antony Raj S.) had apparently lost its right hind shoe during the race. An enquiry was held on 17th July, 2023 by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of ALDIVA in the above race. In that he shifted `in` and caused severe interference to WONDER WOMAN (Akshay Kumar) passing the 1300 Metres and further he shifted ‘in’ and causing interference to STRIKING EYES (S. Saqlain) on his inside between the 1100 Metres and 1000 Metres. The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Antony Raj S on 3rd August, 2023 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount ALDIVA (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
Decacorn	DECACORN (N. S. Parmar) jumped awkwardly outwards onto ALDIVA (Antony Raj S.) and ART GALLERY (Arul J.H) soon after the start.
Wonder Woman	Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of WONDER WOMAN reported that his mount was not galloping fluently from the 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was observed to have thin streak of blood on right nostril due to injury. An enquiry was held on 17th July, 2023 by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of ALDIVA in the above race. In that he shifted `in` and caused severe interference to WONDER WOMAN (Akshay Kumar) passing the 1300 Metres and further he shifted ‘in’ and causing interference to STRIKING EYES (S. Saqlain) on his inside between the 1100 Metres and 1000 Metres.
Art Gallery	DECACORN (N. S. Parmar) jumped awkwardly outwards onto ALDIVA (Antony Raj S.) and ART GALLERY (Arul J.H) soon after the start.
Striking Eyes	An enquiry was held on 17th July, 2023 by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of ALDIVA in the above race. In that he shifted `in` and caused severe interference to WONDER WOMAN (Akshay Kumar) passing the 1300 Metres and further he shifted ‘in’ and causing interference to STRIKING EYES (S. Saqlain) on his inside between the 1100 Metres and 1000 Metres.

Santorino	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala to withdraw SANTORINO (Antony Raj S.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Last Wish	LAST WISH (Suraj Narredu) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Dubai Falcon	PRINCE ABIR (Shreyas Singh S) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S.S. Attaollahi was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of SEPTIMIUS SEVERUS was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount, whereby he shifted `in` and bumped MYSTIKOS (Neeraj Rawal) on his inside soon after the start.
Alcaraz	ALCARAZ (Kiran Naidu) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Anil Kumar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. ENGLISH BAY (A.Imran Khan) sustained superficial clip injury on left hock.

Rajendra Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Moving Ahead	MOVING AHEAD (Vinod Shinde) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
