Cape CodJockey Akshay Kumar the rider of CAPE COD was questioned regarding loss of whip at about the 450 mtrs, jockey stated that in trying to change the whip angle it slipped out of his hands. Jockey Akshay Kumar was severely cautioned for future.
NagadaJockey P.Ajeeth Kumar the rider of NAGADA reported the loss of whip at about the 200 metres.

Dazzle AwayDAZZLE AWAY (Azfar Syeed) fly jumped awkwardly inwards and onto ORLA (Irvan Singh).Further Apprentice Jockey Azfar Syeed the rider of DAZZLE AWAY was cautioned for maintaining a wide course negotiating the bend and for allowing his mount to shift out in the straight.

Crown Of StarsCROWN OF STARS (P.Trevor) sustained a cut injury on her right hock after the race.Trainer Craig Marshall was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Excellent PhoenixTanveer Alam the rider of EXCELLENT PHOENIX reported that his mount was hanging out from about 450 metres despite his efforts due to which he could not do justice to his mount. The veterinary officer was asked to examine the horse who reported that the gelding was physically sound.Trainer Akbar Malick was advised to take remedial measures.
