Pyrrhus	At the request of Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait, PYRRHUS was examined in the stable area at 12:10 pm on 14/01/2023 and was found to be lame by left fore and swelling on medieval of right hind hock, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Snowfall	Passing the 1100 metres, SNOWFALL (A. Sandesh, dr.12) shifted in and went across EYES ON THE PRIZE (Bhawani Singh, dr.9) who had to be steadied. Jockey A. Sandesh has been cautioned.
Commandment	After the race, COMMANDMENT was observed to have broken a blood vessel (2nd time) and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of eight weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Monarchy	After the race, MONARCHY, SKY HAWK and NORTHBOUND were trotted and found to be sound.
Demetrius	Passing 300 metres, DEMETRIUS (N. B. Kuldeep) shied away from the whip and had to be steadied. Trainer Subhag Singh has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

Vincent Van Gogh	Jockey Y. S. Srinath (VINCENT VAN GOGH) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.

After questioning and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey P. Trevor, he has been fined Rs.5,000/.

Midsummer Star	Approaching the 400 metres, MIDSUMMER STAR (R. Ajinkya) was observed to have veered out despite the riders efforts. After the race, Jockey R. Ajinkya reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race and his whip got entangled in the reins and in the process to free he lost the same, this being his first instance of loss of whip during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, no action has been initiated. However, Trainer S. K. Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

Untitled	Passing the 900 metres, PERFECT WIN (Neeraj Rawal) racing on the haunches of UNTITLED (R. Shelar) had to be steadied due to lack of room.
Perfect Win	At the Start, DIVINE INTUITION (Akshay Gaikwad, dr. 6) jumped inwards onto DUFY (P. Trevor, dr.5) forcing it inwards as a result DUFY brushed the haunches of PERFECT WIN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.4). Passing the 900 metres, PERFECT WIN (Neeraj Rawal) racing on the haunches of UNTITLED (R. Shelar) had to be steadied due to lack of room.
Prince Igor	Jockey K. Nazil (PRINCE IGOR) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. However it is observed that the gelding was hangingin in the straight and the since the whip was used as a corrective measure, no action has been initiated against the Jockey. However, Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Dufy	At the Start, DIVINE INTUITION (Akshay Gaikwad, dr. 6) jumped inwards onto DUFY (P. Trevor, dr.5) forcing it inwards as a result DUFY brushed the haunches of PERFECT WIN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.4). After the race, DUFY was observed to have lost its right fore shoe.
Divine Intuition	At the Start, DIVINE INTUITION (Akshay Gaikwad, dr. 6) jumped inwards onto DUFY (P. Trevor, dr.5) forcing it inwards as a result DUFY brushed the haunches of PERFECT WIN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.4).
