1	(31)	THE RENOWNED PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1600M
			2:30 P.M.

Shivalik Sound	Trainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned regarding the performance of his charge SHIVALIK SOUND (S John), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No.10, i.e., The Prince Regent Plate (About) 1400 Metres for horses rated 20 to 45 run on Wednesday 25th May, 2022, when ridden by Jockey Srikanth Kamble it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated that a) His charge was running in a lower class as compared to its previous run; b) And when Jockey Srikanth Kamble rode his charge in the previous race he had advised him that the horse needs extra distance and that 7 furlongs would be short and so he chose to run it over a mile; c) This horse being a small made horse, was on light work, had shown improvement and this time he chose to declare a better caliber Jockey to ride his charge, which made a difference; and d) This is the horse’s first win at this distance and class. His explanations were noted for future reference.
Samay Balwaan	Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.5,000/ for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge SAINT LUCIA (Hasib Alam), in the above race (1st Infringement). It was observed that SAINT LUCIA (Hasib Alam) was hanging `in’ in the final 300 Metres of the race despite the best efforts of the rider to keep it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but due to its extremely fractious behaviour, it could not be examined. However, Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Ruby Cube	Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the rider of RUBY CUBE was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

2	(32)	THE ALBERETTO PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1400M
			3:00 P.M.

Sarvottam	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw O KANHAIYA (Shrikant Kamble) on veterinary grounds, as it was trotting lame on right fore due to hoof nail puncture. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Parker	Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of PARKER reported that he did not get a clear run passing 300 Metres. It was reported after the race that PARKER (R N Darshan) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Joseph B Awale was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Ewandor	EWANDOR (Angad) jumped awkwardly outwards at the Start.
Pette's Choice	SHIVALIK ATTITUDE (Raghuveer Singh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a starting gate practice day.
Squanto	ROYAL THUNDER (Shamaz Shareef) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a starting gate practice day.
N R I Level	N R I LEVEL (Arshad Alam) planted, lost many lenghts at the start and ran detached from the field, thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

3	(33)	THE KAPILA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M
			3:30 P.M.

Stone House	It was reported after the race that STONE HOUSE (Shamaz Shareef) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Flying Bolt	FLYING BOLT (M Prabhakaran) planted and lost many lengths at the Start and thereafter, ran detached from the field, till about passing the 800 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
D Durga	Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of D DURGA reported that his mount was slightly slowly away and did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

4	(34)	THE CAUVERI MILLION 2022 TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1400M
			4:00 P.M.

Priceless Gold	Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for not having the requisite Veterinary Certificates in respect of his charge PRICELESS GOLD (Suraj Narredu) despite having declared his charge to run in the above Race and as such, the horse could not travel from Bengluru to Mysuru. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn.
My Opinion	HAVELOCK CRUISE (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ and MAGIC CIRCLE (Hindu Singh) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ thereby inconveniencing the horses in between them, viz., MAKE MY WAY (P S Kaviraj), MY OPINION (Akshay Kumar), CHASHNI (Srikanth Kamble) and KING T’CHALA (Ramandeep S Bal) respectively soon after jumping out of the starting gates. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of MY OPINION, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing CHASNI (Shrikant Kamble), on his outside, while rounding the bend and entering the Straight.
Havelock Cruise	HAVELOCK CRUISE (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ and MAGIC CIRCLE (Hindu Singh) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ thereby inconveniencing the horses in between them, viz., MAKE MY WAY (P S Kaviraj), MY OPINION (Akshay Kumar), CHASHNI (Srikanth Kamble) and KING T’CHALA (Ramandeep S Bal) respectively soon after jumping out of the starting gates. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Chashni	HAVELOCK CRUISE (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ and MAGIC CIRCLE (Hindu Singh) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ thereby inconveniencing the horses in between them, viz., MAKE MY WAY (P S Kaviraj), MY OPINION (Akshay Kumar), CHASHNI (Srikanth Kamble) and KING T’CHALA (Ramandeep S Bal) respectively soon after jumping out of the starting gates. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Contributor	Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of CONTRIBUTOR reported that his was hanging `out’ after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Make My Way	HAVELOCK CRUISE (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ and MAGIC CIRCLE (Hindu Singh) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ thereby inconveniencing the horses in between them, viz., MAKE MY WAY (P S Kaviraj), MY OPINION (Akshay Kumar), CHASHNI (Srikanth Kamble) and KING T’CHALA (Ramandeep S Bal) respectively soon after jumping out of the starting gates. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Magic Circle	As Jockey P S Chouhan, the declared rider of MAGIC CIRCLE could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar to declare Jockey Hindu Singh to ride MAGIC CIRCLE, in place of the declared rider. HAVELOCK CRUISE (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ and MAGIC CIRCLE (Hindu Singh) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ thereby inconveniencing the horses in between them, viz., MAKE MY WAY (P S Kaviraj), MY OPINION (Akshay Kumar), CHASHNI (Srikanth Kamble) and KING T’CHALA (Ramandeep S Bal) respectively soon after jumping out of the starting gates. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.

5	(35)	THE HEGGADADEVANAKOTE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60-85	1200M
			4:30 P.M.

Tracer Bullet	It was observed that TRACER BULLET (P S Kaviraj) accidentally brushed the running rails between the 1100 and 1000 Metres.
Black Coffee	Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of BLACK COFFEE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and taking out ABHINANDAN (Srikant Kamble) on his outside, between the 1150 and the 1000 Metres and thereafter, for travelling wide throughout the Race, for no apparent reason.
Abhinandan	Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of BLACK COFFEE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and taking out ABHINANDAN (Srikant Kamble) on his outside, between the 1150 and the 1000 Metres and thereafter, for travelling wide throughout the Race, for no apparent reason.
Grand Tenton	GRAND TENTON (Mukesh Kumar) ran detached from the field till rounding the final bend. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

6	(36)	THE OBLIGADO PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1600M
			5:00 P.M.

Square The Circle	SQUARE THE CIRCLE (A Imran Khan) slowly away and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
Heroism	Jockey H Rahul, the rider of HEROISM was reprimanded for drifting out and out taking out FLASH BOND (P S Kaviraj), on his outside, rounding the final bend. Jockey H Rahul, the rider of HEROISM, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his during the Race [first infringement].
Flash Bond	Jockey H Rahul, the rider of HEROISM was reprimanded for drifting out and out taking out FLASH BOND (P S Kaviraj), on his outside, rounding the final bend.
Prince Corporate	Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the rider of PRINCE CORPORATE, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.
Tia Maria	TIA MARIA (A Prakash) reared up as the gates opened and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. It was observed that TIA MARIA (A Prakash) accidentally brushed the railings approaching the 1200 Metres.
Drusilla	AQUILA D’ORO (P Ajeeth Kumar) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the Start and inconvenienced DRUSILLA (A Ashhad Asbar), on its outside, soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Kingofthejungle	KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (K Sai Kiran) ran detached from the field, in the final 200 Meters of the Race.
