Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (NOBLE HEART) that his mount was lugging in through out the race and in trying to control shifted in at about the 800 meters and tightened DIAMOND RAIN (G.Vivek) racing on the rails was not accepted and the App. was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and causing intererence to DIAMOND RAIN (G.Vivek) Explanation of Jockey G.Vivek (DIAMOND RAIN) that he was interfered soon after the start and also at about the 800 meters and thereafter he was blocked for an opening in the straight upto about 200 meters due to wall of horses racing in front as such he was forced to shift in to make his move was noted for future reference.

AshokaAn enquiry has been open into the running and riding of ASHOKA ridden by Jockey G.Vivek and trained by Mr.D.Netto. ASHOKA (G.Vivek) was observed to have sustained clipped injury over right hind distal third planter cannon and outer fetlock . However the horse was trotting sound.
MalaalaMALAALA (App. Ajay Kumar) was observed to have sustained clipped injury over left hind back of fetlock and right hind point of hock. However the mare was trotting sound.

7 (106) THE ANDOLE PLATE
