Aj One	An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of YOURE A STAR trained by Mr. Pradeep Annaiah and ridden by Jockey M. Ravi.
Immaculate (O)	An enquiry is being held into the interference suffered by IMMACULATE (Akshay) and MYSTIC LAVENDERS (S John) and the fall of Jockey S John from his mount in the above race.

Rio Rojo	Jockey N. Rawal, the rider of RIO ROJO, reported that his mount was inclined to run out passing the 700 Metres and also was running green throughout the race.RIO ROJO (N Rawal) sustained a cut injury on right hind fetlock.
Laguna Beach	LAGUNA BEACH (P.S. Chouhan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.Jockey P.S. Chouhan the rider of LAGUNA BEACH, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. After examination the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars on both sides. Hence Trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st infringement).
Ancient Title	ANCIENT TITLE (D K Ashish) sustained a cut injury on left hind fetlock.

Karod Pati	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi to withdraw FANCY NUMBER (R. Vaibhav) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind due to injury on the cannon (cellulitis). He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Adriphos	As Jockey S. John was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the first race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Imran Chisty to ride ADRIPHOS in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.

Queen Of The Stars	Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of QUEEN OF THE STARS, was fined Rs.2,000/ for coming in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. WINDSOR PARK (M. Ravi) and RED ADMIRAL (Kiran Naidu) passing the 1000 Metres.
New Lucky	Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of WIND SURFER, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing WINDSOR PARK (M. Ravi) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of WIND SURFER, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Magic Wave	Jockey M. Rajesh Kumar, the rider of MAGIC WAVE, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to QUEEN OF THE STARS (Arshad Alam) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Bold Nature	It was observed that BOLD NATURE (P Kiran Rai) drifted out in the final 300 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

The Guardian	THE GUARDIAN (Ch.K. Chary) was permitted to be withdrawn.
Foswell	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji to substitute Jockey Neeraj Rawal to ride FOSWELL in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.
Indian	Jockey M. Rajesh Kumar, the rider of INDIAN, reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Amelia	Jockey S. Zervan, the rider of AMELIA was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to DUMA (P. Kamlesh) on his outside which in turn passed it on to STARRY EYES (Suraj Narredu) on the far side approaching the 500 Metres.
Beauty Is Truth	Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of BEAUTY IS TRUTH, was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Bright Lady	Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of BRIGHT LADY, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 250 Metres.
Shamrock Lady	Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SHAMROCK LADY, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 200 Metres due to a closely packed field.
Palm Springs	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. L D Silva to substitute Jockey A M Tograllu to ride PALM SPRINGS in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.
Duma	DUMA (P. Kamlesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced STRIKING (P. Trevor) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Deep Blue Sky

Jockey F K Shahbuddin, the rider of DEEP BLUE SKY was fined Rs.2,000/ for allowing his mount to travel wide after passing 700 Metres for no apparent reason. Jockey F K Shahbuddin, the rider of DEEP BLUE SKY was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Ray Of Light	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Laxman Singh to withdraw RAY OF LIGHT (A.M. Tograllu) on veterinary grounds as it had a fall on the way to the saddling enclosure and was trotting lame on right hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Keukenhof	Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of KEUKENHOF, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.
Capitalize	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Imran Chisty to ride CAPITALIZE in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.
Arch Duchess	Trainer Mr. Shyam S Habbu and Jockey S Zervan were questioned regarding the running and riding ARCH DUCHESS in the above race. The trainer stated that (a) this was the third run of this horse (b) as it had the tendency of not accelerating if ridden out from the straight, he had specifically instructed the rider to preserve it and ride out after passing the 300 Metres (c) the rider rode as per his instructions and to his satisfaction and (d) it would be continued to be instructed to be ridden in a similar fashion in future. The rider while corroborating the statement of the trainer added that he was preserving his mount for the final dash and was also travelling well and passing 250 Metres when he was challenged by the other runner he rode out fully with the aid of the whip but his mount could not accelerate and he could only finish third. Their explanations were noted for future reference.

Lucky Sam	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Inayathulla to withdraw LUCKY SAM (Vivek) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have severe Oidenea on right eye (both eye lids). He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Savvy Concept	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Imran Chisty to ride SAVVY CONCEPT in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.
