Primo VictoriaPRIMO VICTORIA, a declared starter in the above race was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of 16th January, 2025 and found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Fortune WarriorJockey Arman Khan (FORTUNE WARRIOR) reported on reaching the starting gates that he was feeling dehydrated. The Jockey was examined by the Medical Officer and declared unfit to ride in races for the day. FORTUNE WARRIOR was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
ToussaintTOUSSAINT and YUVI were slow to begin. The Veterinary Officer reported that :
Jimmy BeeGOLDEN LIGHT which was difficult to load, was slow to begin. c) Post race endoscopy on 17th January, 2025 revealed that GOLDEN LIGHT suffered from EIPH Gr 1.

BiburyBIBURY (Arul J H) was extremely difficult to load and once again refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of the filly has been revoked.
CashalaikaAs Jockey Arman Khan was declared medically unfit to ride and there was no suitable Jockey available for replacement, Tr. Sabeel Shariff was permitted to withdraw his charge CASHALAIKA before coming under Starter’s orders.

All the above horses were taken out from their respective stalls, checked by the Veterinary Officer and revealed that : b) THOUSAND WORDS was lame on left hind.

Under the circumstances above three horses were permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trs. B Rajender Reddy, Rutherford Alford and Neil Darashah were advised not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. Starting Stall Certificate of SEASMOKE has been revoked by the Starter.

Cool RiderCOOL RIDER (Neeraj Rawal) which was difficult to load, was slow to begin. Jockey Neeraj Rawal jumped out from the gates without his left stirrup iron and passing the 700 metres he took out his right leg from the right stirrup iron and finished the race as such.

Patrick Quinn had earlier been warned and fined for late arrival of his charges, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ and once again warned to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future to avoid any further disciplinary action.
