1	(9)	THE MALENAHALLI PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1400M

Seven Star	Trainer Mr. J.S.Dhariwal and Apprentice Jockey N.S.Parmar were questioned regarding the running and riding of SEVEN STAR. The Jockey stated that he was asked to ride from 3rd , 4th position and come into the straight and do his best from thereon. The jockey also stated that as it was his first ride with the whip he was unable to assist the horse fully with the aid of the whip in the final stage of the race. The Trainer corroborated with the statement of the jockey and he further added that although his instructions were to sit 3rd , 4th he felt the horse was too keen and was forced to settle in the lead. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
Shot Of Gold	SHOT OF GOLD (D.Mahendran) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced MISTER TROOPER (S.Chandershekar) soon after the start.
Savannah Pride	SAVANNAH PRIDE (Harsha.N) shifted in striking the running rails approaching the 700 Metres.
Aaj Tak	AAJ TAK (C.Krishnan) raced fiercely in the early stage and raced wide throughout.

2	(10)	THE MOUNT EVEREST TROPHY TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M

Peacemaker	PEACEMAKER (A.Ashhad Asbar) sustained injuries on right hind.
Celtic Heroine	Jockey K.Raja Rao the rider of CELTIC HEROINE was reprimanded for putting his mount under undue pressure too early in the race.
First Of A Legend	FIRST OF A LEGEND (A.Imran Khan) attempted a fly jump at the crossing near the 1000 Metres.
Chaitanya Jyothi	CHAITANYA JYOTHI (S.John) was fractious in the gate and the bridle came off, and it had to be rebridled before it could come under Starters order.
Royal Premier	Jockey N.Babu the rider of ROYAL PREMIER reported that his whip broke turning into the straight. Jockey N.Babu the rider of ROYAL PREMIER was reprimanded for travelling wide throughout the race and for failing to persevere with his mount.
Secret Girl	SECRET GIRL (F.K.Shabuddin) was fractious at the gates. SECRET GIRL (F.K.Shabuddin) was observed to be hanging out from 700 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, the Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars on right side of upper and lower jaws. Trainer Mr. F.Sirajuddin was fined Rs.2,000/ and was advised to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

3	(11)	THE AUREOLE TIME PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M

She's A Diamond	SHE`S A DIAMOND (C.Krishnan) was very fractious and refused to be stalled and sustained injuries on both hind, in view of its behaviour it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter`s order.
Amazing Flora	Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/ by the Stewards for contravention of the General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of the Bangalore Summer Meeting 2009 in accepting his charge AMAZING FLORA in the above race and also the previous day i.e. 16052009. The horse was subsequently withdrawn from the above race.
Stagelight	Jockey D.Gnaneshwar the rider of BROTHERS IN ARMS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to CHAR CHAND (Khurshad Alam) and STAGELIGHT (Mohammed Shoaib) approaching the 1100 Metres. Jockey Mohammed Shoaib the rider of STAGELIGHT reported that his mount was hanging in, in the last 200 Metres. Trainer Mr. Mohd A.Abbas was advised to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. STAGELIGHT (Mohammed Shoaib) sustained bleeding injuries on left gaskin and right fore cannon.
Zaios	ZAIOS (Md. Sameer) jumped out awkwardly inconveniencing BLACK SPLENDOUR (M. Madhu Babu) and MISS MARVELOUS (T. Rahul) on its outside.
Char Chand	CHAR CHAND (Khurshad Alam) pulled up lame and sustained cut injuries on left chest wall. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4	(12)	THE D.N.HOSALI MEMORIAL CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1400M

Southern Gladiator	SOUTHERN GLADIATOR (Ryan Marshall) was inclined to lay outwards from 1000 Metres. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b.g. SOUTHERN GLADIATOR.
Rugged Beauty	Jockey Harish the rider of RUGGED BEAUTY was fined Rs.1,000/ for excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).
Special Charm	Trainer Mr. S.Ganapathy and Jockey B.Prakash were questioned regarding the running and riding of SPECIAL CHARM. The jockey stated that he had been instructed to ride 3rd , 4th position and come into the straight and do his best, he had followed the instructions but found it difficult to pace with the front horse as it had taken considerable lead. The Trainer corroborated the statement of the jockey. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
Supreme Arch	SUPREME ARCH (V.R.Jagdeesh) sustained cut injury on right stifle.
Powergrid	MIND ME (Afsar Khan) reared up at the start and lost considerable ground and finished distance behind the field. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. Jockey Afsar Khan the rider of MIND ME was reprimanded for weighing in 600 grams in excess of the weight that he had weighed out with, as it was ascertained that his equipment was wet due to excessive sweating of the horse and also as he drank water before the race.

Man United	An enquiry has been opened into the running of MUSIC FOREVER (Neeraj Rawal).
Badda Rupaiyya	BADDA RUPAIYYA (S.S.Baria) sustained bleeding cut injury on her right fore cannon.
Smart N Special	Jockey M. Madhu Babu the rider of SMART N SPECIAL was reprimanded for shifting in and bumping MUSIC FOR EVER (Neeraj Rawal) which in turn passed it on to ENFORCER (Mohammed Shoaib). Jockey M.Madhu Babu the rider of SMART N SPECIAL was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to GRIS RAPIDE (G.Y.Rajesh Babu) and PERFECT ANALYSIS (Harish).
Gris Rapide	Jockey G.Y.Rajesh Babu the rider of GRIS RAPIDE weighed in 500 grams in excess of the weight that he had weighed out with, on questioning the jockey stated that the girth and surcingle had been changed during saddling, that was the reason for the over weight. Subsequently Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.2,000/ for changing the equipment without the permission of the Stipendiary Stewards.

6	(14)	THE JAYACHAMARAJA WADIYAR CUP (GR.3) TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1400M

Rhapsidion Snow	Jockey Aadesh Kumar the rider of RHAPSIDION SNOW was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in passing the final 50 Metres and causing LIONHEART to be checked.
Aquitaine	Jockey Ryan Marshall the rider of AQUITAINE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LIONHEART (S.Chandrashekar) approaching the 250 Metres and shifted out further bumping ORIGINALITY (B.Prakash) which was tightened for room and bumped SPARK OF GOLD (Imran Chisty). Jockey Ryan Marshal the rider of AQUITAINE was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).
Spirituall	SPIRITUALL (Neeraj Rawal) jumped with its head in the air then raced fiercely until the 900 Metres.
Green Bax	An enquiry has been opened into the deputized saddling of GREEN BAX (J.H. Christopher).

Enduring Star	Approaching the 250 Metres ENDURING STAR (Neeraj Rawal) inconvenienced LOCK AND LOAD (Imran Chisty).
Spiritofexcellence	SPIRITOFEXCELLENCE (Harish) blundered near the 1100 Metres.
Valid Expectation	Jockey S.Selvaraj the rider of VALID EXPECTATION was fined Rs.1,000/ for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to drift out before passing the red marker post.
Luckynumberslevin	Joceky P.S.Chouhan the rider of LUCKYNUMBERSLEVIN was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and bumping SPIRITOFEXCELLENCE (Harish) and further shifted out bumping MUCHO (S.Shiva Kumar) soon after the start. Jockey P.S.Chouhan the rider of LUCKYNUMBERSLEVIN was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

LEAGUES APART (A.Velu) jumped awkwardly and veered onto the sand track completing the race on the sand track, and finished distance behind the field. Trainer Mr.J.S.Pillay was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Welcome Back	Jockey B.Mahesh the rider of WELCOME BACK was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and cutting across the field before passing the red marker post. Routine samples were taken for analysis from b.m. WELCOME BACK.
Milagro	MILAGRO (Harish) raced fiercely in the early stages.
My Friend Paul	Jockey G.Y.Rajesh Babu the rider of MY FRIEND PAUL was fined Rs.2,000/ for travelling unduly wide throughout the race for no apparent reason.
