Elegant Lady	ELEGANT LADY was observed to be trotting lame on left fore, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Una Paloma Blanca	Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (UNA PALOMA BLANCA) that his mount got soft mouth and throwing her head up as such he was unable to ride out his mount on an even keel in the initial stage of the race and in the straight he did his best was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequeira was noted for future reference.
Black Dust	BLACK DUST (App. Ajay Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter the gelding did not raise fluent gallop throughout the race. Trainer K S V Prasad Raju was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar with regard to the improved performance of his charge TRIPURARI (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race who finished off board in all the previous races that his charge in the previous race, ran in 7 furlong where the App. could not handle his charge properly as compared to the present race which being 5 1/2 furlong, the 300 mtrs less to travel, set being weaker and also a better handling by Jockey Mukesh Kumar was to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race was not accepted and the Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was fined Rs.10,000/ for the improved performance of his charge within a short span of time. TRIPURARI (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (BLISSFUL) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close 2nd, which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter he was denied a clear run in the final 400 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for indifferent handling of his mount in the final 400 mtrs.

Ekram Alam) who in turn shifted in forcing in JURAMENTO (B R Kumar) racing on the rail was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3000/ for shifting in the final 100 mtrs in the process forcing in JURAMENTO (B R Kumar) racing on the rails.
Fly Tothe Stars	Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (FLY TOTHE STARS) that his instructions were to sit off the pace and make his move only from the 300 mtrs which he tried to follow was noted for future reference.

Saqlain (OLIVER`S MOUNT) that his mount was fractious while on the way to starting gates and also while being loaded and in the race he positioned his mount close 2nd as per the instructions in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference. OLIVER`S MOUNT ( S. Saqlain) placed 6th in the race is sampled.
Juramento	Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (MAVERICK) reported that his mount was hanging in in the straight more so under pressure in the process shifted in on to REIGNING BEAUTY (Md. Ekram Alam) who in turn shifted in forcing in JURAMENTO (B R Kumar) racing on the rail was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3000/ for shifting in the final 100 mtrs in the process forcing in JURAMENTO (B R Kumar) racing on the rails.
Anzio	Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (ANZIO) that his instructions were to sit off the pace which he tried to follow and thereafter when asked for an efforts in the straight, his mount did show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer A. Imran Khan was noted for future reference.

City Of Blessing	Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (CITY OF BLESSING) that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.

Nightmare	NIGHTMARE (B. Nikhil) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right fore, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
Lucky Zone	Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (LUCKY ZONE) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
Painted Apache	PAINTED APACHE (Surya Prakash) trailed the field throughout the race finishing the course distance behind.

Hoping King	HOPING KING (App. Kuldeep Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on left hind probably due to back sprain, as such the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Battle On	BATTLE ON (P. Sai Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.
Politics	Veterinary examination of POLITICS (Md. Ismail) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was fined Rs. 2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
Club Queen	Jockey R S Jodha (CLUB QUEEN) reported loss of whip at about the 350 mtrs. Veterinary examination of CLUB QUEEN (R S Jodha) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K. Satheesh was fined Rs.1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
Silver Arrow	Consequent to Jockey Afroz Khan having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey Abhay Singh to be substituted on SILVER ARROW.
Mademoiselle	Permission has been granted to Trainer N Ravinder Singh to saddle MADEMOISELLE (B R Kumar) on behalf of Trainer R H Sequeira at both the Trainers risk and liability.
