Jet Typhoon	At the start, POWER OF NEATH (Dashrath Singh, dr.5) jumped outwards and at the same time JET TYPHOON (Amyn Merchant, dr.7) jumped inwards due to which AME (N. S. Parmar, dr.6) drawn between them was tightened for room and had to be checked.
Power Of Neath	At the start, POWER OF NEATH (Dashrath Singh, dr.5) jumped outwards and at the same time JET TYPHOON (Amyn Merchant, dr.7) jumped inwards due to which AME (N. S. Parmar, dr.6) drawn between them was tightened for room and had to be checked. After the race, Jockey Dashrath Singh (POWER OF NEATH) reported that his mount strode out awkwardly in the early part of the race. As such the gelding was subjected to veterinary examination and found to be sound.
Victoria Peak	After the race, VICTORIA PEAK was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Ame	At the start, POWER OF NEATH (Dashrath Singh, dr.5) jumped outwards and at the same time JET TYPHOON (Amyn Merchant, dr.7) jumped inwards due to which AME (N. S. Parmar, dr.6) drawn between them was tightened for room and had to be checked. After the race, AME was trotted and found to be sound.
Reciprocity	At the start, RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit, dr.3) jumped outwards onto NUSRAT (N. K. Ashish, dr.4) who was marginally slow to begin. Approaching 300 metres, RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit) leaned inwards thereby tightening C’EST L’AMOUR (App. Mustakim Alam). Jockey S. A. Amit has been cautioned.
Rising Brave	After the race, RISING BRAVE was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The horse has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Nusrat	At the start, RECIPROCITY (S. A. Amit, dr.3) jumped outwards onto NUSRAT (N. K. Ashish, dr.4) who was marginally slow to begin. NUSRAT (App. N. K. Ashish) was observed to have trailed the field. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future.

Count Of Savoy	After the race, the Sr. V.O. reported that COUNT OF SAVOY had lost its left fore shoe.
Flying Visit	After the race, FLYING VISIT was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Taimur	TAIMUR (Bhawani Singh, dr.2) was slow to begin losing about 4 lengths at the start. Trainer Karthik Ganapathy has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Mighty Wings	On the arrival at the start, Jockey Amyn Merchant (MIGHTY WINGS) informed that his mount had lost his fore shoe on the way to the start. As per the norms the said filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order.
Lady Di	After the race, LADY DI was trotted and found to be sound further it was observed that the filly had lost its right hind shoe.
Better Half	At the start, BETTER HALF (Nirmal Jodha, dr.9) jumped inwards onto EVENING BREEZE (Bhawani Singh, dr.8) who was marginally slow to begin.

Wall Street	At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards a Stewards enquiry was held in this race. The reason being, passing the 1500 metres WALL STREET (Suraj Narredu) had stumbled dislodging its rider due to which LETO (Vishal N. Bunde) racing on its haunches had to be checked.
Wild Thing	After the race, LETO was observed to have a cut injury on right fore pastern and WILD THING was trotted and found to be sound.
Wordsmith	At the start, WORDSMITH (P. Trevor, dr.9) jumped and veered outwards.
Regal Command	At the start REGAL COMMAND (Bhawani Singh dr.7) jumped out slowly losing about 2 lengths.
Leto	At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards a Stewards enquiry was held in this race. Mad Love	Approaching the 200 metres, MAD LOVE (P. Trevor) shifted out under urgings thereby inconveniencing REMY RED (Dashrath Singh) who had to be steadied. Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned.

Nationwide	It was observed that NATIONWIDE (S. Zervan) was brought into the paddock sporting a Tongue strap for which the permission was not obtained. The said equipment was removed before the gelding left the paddock. As such, Trainer Behram Cama has been fined Rs.1,000/ for his lapse. After the race, NATIONWIDE, PEREGRINE FALCON and ANGELS TRUMPET were trotted and found to be sound.
Angels Trumpet	After the race, NATIONWIDE, PEREGRINE FALCON and ANGELS TRUMPET were trotted and found to be sound.
Ashwa Tejveer	After the race, NATIONWIDE, PEREGRINE FALCON and ANGELS TRUMPET were trotted and found to be sound.

Mojito

Jockey N. S. Parmar (MOJITO) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. After the race on questioning Jockey N. S. Parmar stated that his mount had tried to drift out in the straight and he had used the whip as a corrective measure as the same was borne out from the video of the race. As such no action has been initiated against Jockey, however, Trainer A. M. Jadhav has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

Fortunate Son

Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe (FORTUNATE SON) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.

Otello	After being stalled, OTELLO (S. A. Amit, dr.11) reared up and flipped over in the stall and casted himself in an awkward position and had injured his rider. As such, the gelding was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order. Trainer H. J. Antia has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Scaramanga	Passing the 800 metres, BABA (Vikram Jodha) was observed to have leaned inwards thereby tightening SCARAMANGA (S. Zervan) causing the latter to be stumbled. After questioning and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey Vikram Jodha, he has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Italian Gold	At the start, MONTGOMERY (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.3) leaned inwards thereby tightening ADONIS (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.2) causing the latter to be checked. On questioning, App. Kirtish Bhagat stated that his mount was inclined inwards despite his efforts. He further added that his mount hungin in the straight. The gelding was subjected to veterinary examination and found to be sound but was observed to have lost his right hind shoe.

Jockey Vikram Jodha has been cautioned. Passing the 800 metres, BABA (Vikram Jodha) was observed to have leaned inwards thereby tightening SCARAMANGA (S. Zervan) causing the latter to be stumbled. After questioning and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey Vikram Jodha, he has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Restart	Soon after the start, BABA (Vikram Jodha) veered out and had to be steadied thereafter Jockey Vikram Jodha (BABA) shifted in sharply and went across RENAISSANCE ART (Akshay Gaikwad) causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey Vikram Jodha has been cautioned.

Zacapa	Jockey S. A. Amit was declared by Trainer Narendra Lagad on his charge ZACAPA. Since Jockey S. A. Amit was declared medically unfit to ride the Stewards of the Club had subsequently permitted Trainer Narendra Lagad to declare App. Kirtish Bhagat on his charge.
Regal Prince	Passing the 800 metres, REGAL PRINCE (App. P. Shinde) dropped back and ran detached from the field. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future.
