| Gazaki | Jockey Sahanawaz, the declared rider of GAZAKI, was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw GAZAKI from the above Race. |
| Quick Enough | Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was questioned regarding the relatively improved performance of his charge dk b g QUICK ENOUGH, the winner of this race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.38 i.e The H H Sri Chamaraja Wadiyar Memorial Trophy – (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 80 and above on 5th September, 2013 when ridden by Jockey Shahanawaz it ran unplaced. Trainer stated that (a) in the last race it ran over a distance of 1200 Metres; (b) he had instructed Jockey Shahanawaz to take a good jump, be in the front and ride out in the straight; (c) the rider took a good jump and rode his mount as per the instructions; (d) that being 1200 Metres race, there were other fast horses which took over the running, and his charge could not pace with them; (e) in the last outings as his stable Jockey was under suspension he had declared Jockey Shahanawaz; (f), today the horse ran over a distance of 1400 Metres and the same riding instructions were given and the jockey rode as per his riding instructions and just managed to win the race; (g) there were two other common horses which ran in the races along with his charge last time and that his charge had finished relatively close with them and subsequent to its last run it was dropped 3 points (h) Today in a soft going his charge which relished the underfoot condition just won the race; (i) as there were only very few races for this category of horses and the next available race being on the last day of Mysore Races 2013, he opted to run in the above race; (j) any way his charge ran as a totally unfancied, running at longer odds in the above race. His explanations were noted. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g QUICK ENOUGH. |

He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. |
