1	(74)	THE GERUSOPPA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			1:30 P.M.

Cherokee Moon	It was reported after the race that CHEROKEE MOON (P Kiran Rai) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Girinath C was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the vastly improved performance of his charge CHEROKEE MOON (P Kiran Rai), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 29, i.e., The Mekedatu Plate (About) 1200, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over, run on Fourth Day, Wednesday, 7th December, 2023, when ridden by Jockey Angad, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse was running for only for the second time under him; b) In its previous run, which was run over six furlongs, it did not show any spark and had finished tenth and hence he had given it a long break; c) Keeping this race in mind, he had meticulously prepared his charge, had given it a lot pf pace work and his charge had shaped up well in these morning work outs, came out and won the above Race very well. His explanation was noted for future reference.
N R I Plan	As Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the declared rider of N R I PLAN was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey Nazerul Alam to ride N R I PLAN in place of the declared rider.
Surprise Package	Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of SURPRISE PACKAGE reported that his mount stopped galloping after passing the 200 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on immediate examination after the Race, the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that the horse pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

2	(75)	THE CRYSTAL MAN PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M
			2:00 P.M.

Jaguar	JAGUAR (Nazerul Alam) was extremely fractious in the gates and thereafter, took a fly jump whereby the rider got momentarily unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Virginia Queen	VIRGINIA QUEEN (A Ayaz Khan) sustained injury on left hind coronet.
Ambika	AMBIKA (Afsar Khan) sustained gum injury.
Code Of Honour	CODE OF HONOUR (Mohammed Mushraf) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track. CODE OF HONOUR (Mohammed Mushraf) sustained bruise behind left shoulder.
Wondrous	It was reported after the race that WONDROUS (M J Gautam Raj Urs) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

3	(76)	THE SPARK OF LIFE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1400M
			2:30 P.M.

Against All Odds	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw AGAINST ALL ODDS on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on both fore legs, more so on right fore leg. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Squanto	It was reported after the race that ROYAL THUNDER (P Kiran Rai) apparently lost its right fore shoe, during the race.
Lead Singer	An objection was lodged by Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of LEAD SINGER, placed Fourth by the Judge against Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of GRAND CHAVALIER placed Third by the Judge for, “Inside the last 300 Metres, Arshad Alam the rider of GRAND CHAVALIER shifted in which cost me a certain race”.
Gabriella	GABRIELLA (Mohammed Mushraf) sustained gum injury.

4	(77)	THE SIRSI PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1200M
			3:00 P.M.

Mulliner	MULLINER (L Alex Rozario) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Michelle Pride	MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced MAGIC IN ME (Md. Imran Ashraf) on its inside which in turn passed it onto TWIN FLAME (Angad) along the rails soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and as such, the latter horse brushed the running rails. MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai) sustained gum injury.
Tower Quest	It was reported after the race that TOWER QUEST (Vivek G) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Shooting Venus	Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SHOOTING VENUS reported that his saddle shifted behind passing the 1000 Metres. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, trainer Mr. M Bobby (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar) was fined Rs.3,000/ for his lapse.
The Artery	THE ARTERY (K Sai Kiran) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track.
Sultan Sword	Jockey Ramandeep S Bal, the rider of FELECITA was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SULTAN SWORD (R Shiva Kumar) on his inside along the rails in the final 100 Metres.
Saro Bird	CORPORATE RED (H Zeeshan) sustained injury on left hind pastern.
Twin Flame	MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced MAGIC IN ME (Md. Imran Ashraf) on its inside which in turn passed it onto TWIN FLAME (Angad) along the rails soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and as such, the latter horse brushed the running rails.
Magic In Me	MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced MAGIC IN ME (Md. Imran Ashraf) on its inside which in turn passed it onto TWIN FLAME (Angad) along the rails soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and as such, the latter horse brushed the running rails. MAGIC IN ME (Md. Imran Ashraf) Ran detached from the field, rounding the bend and n the Straight. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

			3:30 P.M.

Beat The Odds	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw BEAT THE ODDS on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from infected capped elbow on right fore leg. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Gemini	Jockey Chandrashekar M, the rider of THE AKHANDA, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out from the inside, as a result of which FUN AND LAUGHTER (Likith Appu K G) and AQUILA D’ ORO (R Ajay Kumar) which were travelling directly behind the former had to shift out causing severe interference to GEMINI (V R Jagadeesh), on their outside the rider of which was momentarily unbalanced on his mount approaching the 1200 Metres.
Flamingo Dancer	FLAMINGO DANCER (Koshi Kumar) sustained clipped injury on right hind cannon region.
Fun And Laughter	Jockey Chandrashekar M, the rider of THE AKHANDA, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out from the inside, as a result of which FUN AND LAUGHTER (Likith Appu K G) and AQUILA D’ ORO (R Ajay Kumar) which were travelling directly behind the former had to shift out causing severe interference to GEMINI (V R Jagadeesh), on their outside the rider of which was momentarily unbalanced on his mount approaching the 1200 Metres.
The Akhanda	Jockey Chandrashekar M, the rider of THE AKHANDA, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out from the inside, as a result of which FUN AND LAUGHTER (Likith Appu K G) and AQUILA D’ ORO (R Ajay Kumar) which were travelling directly behind the former had to shift out causing severe interference to GEMINI (V R Jagadeesh), on their outside the rider of which was momentarily unbalanced on his mount approaching the 1200 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of THE AKHANDA, trained by Mr. Santosh S Rao and ridden by Jockey Chandrashekar M in the above race.
Knotty Woods	KNOTTY WOODS (Angad) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram APpachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track.

6	(79)	THE C.DASHARATHARAMA SHETTY MEMORIAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M
			4:00 P.M.

Drusilla	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Joseph B Awale) to withdraw DRUSILLA on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Deimus	Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of DEIMUS reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Lovely Thoughts	Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of AMAZING SAFARI was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LOVELY THOUGHTS (P Kiran Rai) on his inside passing the 200 Metres.
Amazing Safari	Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of AMAZING SAFARI was fined Rs.2,000/ for not making any effort to improve his position in the early part of the race when he was specifically instructed by the Trainer to hit the front. Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of AMAZING SAFARI was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LOVELY THOUGHTS (P Kiran Rai) on his inside passing the 200 Metres.
Unimaginable	Jockey Angad, the rider of UNIMAGINABLE was reprimanded for travelling wide from the 700 Metres till rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason.

7	(80)	THE SANGAM PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE	1200M
			4:30 P.M.

Black Coffee

Jockey S Imran replaced the indisposed Jockey Nazerul Alam on BLACK COFFEE. Jockey S Imran, the rider of BLACK COFFEE was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

8	(81)	THE SIRSI PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1200M
			5:00 P.M.

Nishk	NISHK (Mohammed Mushraf) was extremely fractious and fell over in the gates injuring the rider. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
Melanie	MELANIE (M S Deora) was extremely fractious while saddling, reared up, flipped over and sustained head injury. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
The Sizable	THE SIZABLE (K Sai Kiran) sustained cut injury on right fore back of fetlock.
Angelic Star	ANGELIC STAR (Akash Agarwal) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track.
Miracle Honey	It was observed that MIRACLE HONEY (S Imran) drifted out alarmingly passing the 700 Metres and went on to the Outer sand track and finished the race on the Outer sand track. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ashiwn S Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track. MIRACLE HONEY (S Imran) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
