1	(53)	THE RAMKIRPAL PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1200M

Shaka	Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.10,000/ for inconsistent pattern of running of ALTAIR in the above race where it won as compared to its previous run in Race No. 31 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2022 i.e.,The Guindy Plate – Div. II, (about) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over, run on 11/6/2022 where it ran unplaced.
Bramastram	BRAMASTRAM (Shamaz Shareef) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.M. Rajendra Singh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of BRAMASTRAM reported that he accidently lost his whip passing the 150 Meters.
Sky Princess	SKY PRINCESS (A.Ashhad Asbar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Akasi	AKASI (Vivek) took a fly jump. Jockey Vivek, the rider of AKASI reported that his mount was inclined to run out between the 850 Metres till about 600 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained abrasion over right hind cannon and also Sharp Molars. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st infringement).
Daring Sweetheart	Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.2,000/ for using Tongue Strap on his charge DARING SWEETHEART (S.Mubarak) for which prior permission was not obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was removed before the horse left the paddock. DARING SWEETHEART (S.Mubarak) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. DARING SWEETHEART (S.Mubarak) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained abrasion over right hock.
Areca Angel	It was reported after the race that ARECA ANGEL (Rajesh Kumar M) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

2	(54)	THE STAR CONTENDER PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1400M
			02:30 PM

Nikolina	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar to withdraw NIKOLINA (Akshay Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to capped elbow. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Ashwa Magadheera	Jockey Richard Oliver, the rider of ELECTRIC BLUE placed 2nd by the judge objected against Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ASHWA MAGADHEERA placed 1st for `In the last 150 Metres my filly was full of running and gaining on the winner, when he shifted out and caused my filly to lose momentum which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and afforded an opportunity to the concerned Jockeys to represent their case. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ASHWA MAGADHEERA was fined Rs.5,000/ for persisting to use the whip with the right hand due to which his horse drifted out further and inconvenienced ELECTRIC BLUE (Richard Oliver) on his outside in the passing the 150 Metres.

Ardakan	It was observed that ARDAKAN (Ranjeet Singh) jumped awkwardly onto OASIS CLASS (A. Prakash), after a few strides the ARDAKAN was erratic while galloping, and suddenly swerved towards the right whereby the Jockey was totally unbalanced on his mount and was dislodged, thereafter the horse ran ride less. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Tycoonist	TYCOONIST (Suraj Narredu) was extremely fractious, reared up and was stuck for a considerable period of time. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s order.
The Sensation	Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar, the rider of THE SENSATION reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be lame on left hind and sustained abrasion on left hind cannon. Trainer Mr. M Srinivas Reddy was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Romero	ROMERO (L. Alex Rozario) sustained superficial cut injury on right hind coronet.
Oasis Class	It was observed that ARDAKAN (Ranjeet Singh) jumped awkwardly onto OASIS CLASS (A. Prakash), after a few strides the ARDAKAN was erratic while galloping, and suddenly swerved towards the right whereby the Jockey was totally unbalanced on his mount and was dislodged, thereafter the horse ran ride less. Secret Lady	Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of SECRET LADY reported that the mouth of his mount was very soft, as such it took an unduly long lead during the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Cavallini

CAVALLINI (Akshay Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Obsidian

Jockey D`nuSingh Deora was questioned regarding the poor performance of OBSIDIAN in the above race. The Jockey stated that he was asked to go to the front or to ride from the second position. He followed the instructions of the trainer but his horse stopped galloping in the final 150 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (On endoscopy Grade IV & Epiglotic Entrapment). Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Philosophy	Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of PHILOSOPHY was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing FAITH (P. Trevor) on his inside approaching 1500 Metres. Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of PHILOSOPHY was fined Rs.2,000/ for exulting before passing the winning post.
King's Ransom	When asked Jockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of KING`S RANSOM reported that his saddle shifted back gradually in the straight. After a report by the paddock incharge. Trainer Mr. P. Shroff was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge. Jockey P. S. Chouhan was further cautioned for removing the saddle in haste.
Faith	Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of PHILOSOPHY was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing FAITH (P. Trevor) on his inside approaching 1500 Metres. FAITH (P. Trevor) had apparently lost its left fore shoe during the race.
Eternal Princess	Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of ETERNAL PRINCESS was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out QUEEN SPIRIT (S. Zervan) on his outside approaching 1200 Metres.
Queen Spirit	Jockey Yash Narredu, the rider of ETERNAL PRINCESS was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out QUEEN SPIRIT (S. Zervan) on his outside approaching 1200 Metres.

Peluche	Jockey T. S. Jodha, the rider of PELUCHE reported that he had a poor vision in the straight due to the kick back, as such he had to pull off his goggles in the final 100 Metres. His explanations were noted.
Peyo	SONATA (K.G. Likith Appu) sustained abrasion on right hind pastern. PEYO (Yash Narredu) sustained clip injury on left hock and cannon.
Regal Command	REGAL COMMAND (Bhawani Singh) took a fly jump and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aravind. G (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Karthik Ganapathy) was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Sonata	SONATA (K.G. Likith Appu) jumped awkwardly onto RULING GODDESS (Shreyas Singh S) soon after the start. SONATA (K.G. Likith Appu) sustained abrasion on right hind pastern. PEYO (Yash Narredu) sustained clip injury on left hock and cannon.
Ruling Goddess	SONATA (K.G. Likith Appu) jumped awkwardly onto RULING GODDESS (Shreyas Singh S) soon after the start.
Mystic Eye	MYSTIC EYE (Prashant P.Dhebe) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jack Ryan	Jockey T. S. Jodha replaced the indisposed Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar on JACK RYAN.

Cinco De Mayo	CINCO DE MAYO (M. Mark) ducked down and broke the front barriers, whereby the saddle shifted back and it ran rider less, thereafter broke the running rails at the 1000 Metres. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s order.
Matera	MATERA (Richard Oliver) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst it blood vessels (On Endoscopy Grade – III). Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
First Royalist	It was observed that Jockey A. Prakash, the rider of FIRST ROYALIST lost his right rein between the 350 Metres till about 250 Metres.
