Martha	MARTHA (Vivek.G) dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates and galloped anticlockwise from winning post upto 1400 Metres. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under starter’s order. Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Wonderland	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of WONDERLAND in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount, in the process shifted `in` and caused interference to WILD CANNON (Neeraj Rawal), which in turn passed in onto FINAL CALL (A. Sandesh) approaching 250 Metres and for further shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz; EL ASESINO (Shreyas Singh S) and CHOTIPARI (J. Chinoy) in the final 75 Metres. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to L. Alex Rozario for four (4) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 i.e., 2/8/2024, 3/8/2024, 8/8/2024 & 9/8/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount WONDERLAND (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
Chotipari	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of WONDERLAND in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount, in the process shifted `in` and caused interference to WILD CANNON (Neeraj Rawal), which in turn passed in onto FINAL CALL (A. Sandesh) approaching 250 Metres and for further shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz; EL ASESINO (Shreyas Singh S) and CHOTIPARI (J. Chinoy) in the final 75 Metres.
El Asesino	Jockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of EL ASESINO reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of WONDERLAND in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount, in the process shifted `in` and caused interference to WILD CANNON (Neeraj Rawal), which in turn passed in onto FINAL CALL (A. Sandesh) approaching 250 Metres and for further shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz; EL ASESINO (Shreyas Singh S) and CHOTIPARI (J. Chinoy) in the final 75 Metres.
Bestidentification	It was observed that BESTIDENTIFICATION (K. Sai Kiran) was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 600 Metres.
Grouse Mountain	Jockey D. Patel, the rider of GROUSE MOUNTAIN reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
Wild Cannon	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of WONDERLAND in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount, in the process shifted `in` and caused interference to WILD CANNON (Neeraj Rawal), which in turn passed in onto FINAL CALL (A. Sandesh) approaching 250 Metres and for further shifting out and causing interference to the horses on his outside viz; EL ASESINO (Shreyas Singh S) and CHOTIPARI (J. Chinoy) in the final 75 Metres.

My Space	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla to withdraw MY SPACE (V.R.Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore due to tendinitis. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Capri Girl	At the behest of the trainer`s written complaint, an enquiry is being held into the running and riding of CAPRI GIRL, trained by Mr. M. Rajendra Singh and ridden by Jockey K. Sai Kiran in the above race.
Burning Arrow	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of EMPRESS BELLA was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing BURNING ARROW (Rajesh Kumar M) on his inside passing the 350 Metres.
Empress Bella	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of EMPRESS BELLA reported that his mount was inclined to run out from the start till about 1000 Metres. Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of EMPRESS BELLA was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing BURNING ARROW (Rajesh Kumar M) on his inside passing the 350 Metres.

Michiko	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar to withdraw MICHIKO (K. Sai Kiran) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from fever. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Verrazzano	Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of ROYAL WHISPER was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and tightening VERRAZZANO (Suraj Narredu) on his inside passing the 800 Metres.
Queen Of Kings	QUEEN OF KINGS (V.R.Jagadeesh) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Rajesh Narredu was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Royal Whisper	Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of ROYAL WHISPER was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and tightening VERRAZZANO (Suraj Narredu) on his inside passing the 800 Metres.

Tiepolo	TIEPOLO (Vivek.G) was extremely fractious, reared up, stuck inside the gates and sat down for a considerable period of time. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s order.
Roman Spirit	ROMAN SPIRIT (Tousif Khan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Dominic was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Armory	ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Ram Nandan Manjhi, the rider of SOUTHERN POWER in the above race. In that he shifted ‘in’ and causing severe interference to ARMORY(Rajesh Kumar.M) on his inside passing the 1400 Metres.
Southern Power	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Ram Nandan Manjhi, the rider of SOUTHERN POWER in the above race. In that he shifted ‘in’ and causing severe interference to ARMORY(Rajesh Kumar.M) on his inside passing the 1400 Metres. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Ram Nandan Manjhi for four (4) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 i.e., 2/8/2024, 3/8/2024, 8/8/2024 & 9/8/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount SOUTHERN POWER (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Warren Singh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Springsteen	Jockey S.J. Moulin, the rider of SPRINGSTEEN reported that he could not get a clear run between the 900 Metres and 800 Metres due to closely packed feld.
