1	(8)	THE NEWMARKET PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M

Infinite Spirit	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath to withdraw INFINITE SPIRIT on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Dawn Rising	Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of DAWN RISING reported that the saddle shifted back passing the 350 Meters. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.Faraz Arshad was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m DAWN RISING.
Altamonte	ALTAMONTE (Vivek) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Inayathulla was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Jersey Legend	It was observed that JERSEY LEGEND (Vinod Shinde) raced fiercely between the 1000 Metres and 800 Metres.
Russian Romance	As Jockey B. Nayak was medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh to declare Jockey Salman Khan to ride RUSSIAN ROMANCE in place of the declared rider. RUSSIAN ROMANCE (Salman Khan) took a fly jump.
Rorito	RORITO (A.Imran Khan) ran detached from the field. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Master Of Courage	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla to withdraw MASTER OF COURAGE (Chethan Kalay S.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Burst Of Blaze	As Joockey B. Nayak was medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Warren Singh to declare Jockey Salman Khan to ride BURST OF BLAZE in place of the declared rider. Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of BURST OF BLAZE reported that he lost his right stirrup at the jump, which he regained within a few strides soon after the start
The Perfect Choice	THE PERFECT CHOICE (Khurshad Alam) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey Khurshad Alam, the rider of THE PERFECT CHOICE was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 700 Metres till about 500 Metres for no apparent reason.
